I don't think 25 is too old to not have life figured out. But I do think since you have been on a path of doing what other people want, you need to discover what you actually want out of life and figure out a plan to get there.
I've learned to clarify what I want by listening and reading other people's stories about how they got where they are.
Interested in technology, learn about people in that field and how they got there. Or whatever field you have an interest in.
The goal is not to duplicate these people, but get an idea about how our path should go.
Everyone has a gift. If you can read really well, find careers that allow you to do that. Same with people skills and so forth.
Find what you are good and then find careers that allow you to use those skills.
But most of all, live your life for YOU! People can guide you, but ultimately its your life YOU DECIDE!
