He Can Still Love (Darth Vader × Reader)

Chapter 14

Hi guys, so finally the main story is going to be added, starting a little bit after the beginning of the 4th movie.

If you have not seen the movies or do not know what happens, (I really doubt it) This whole chapter is basically a spoiler. Oh well that's what should be expected, the main story is always fun.

Our room is not much different than my old room, maybe all the rooms are the same. It is simple, with a couple of tables and chairs, it's a bit dark. There is a small walk-in closet. But I don't really care about how our rooms looks.

Vader takes my hand and we walk towards the bed. He slowly takes off his helmet, showing his soft marred skin. I bring my right hand up and touch it. "I lov-".

Then a knock sounds on the door.
Why must we always be interrupted? I hear Vader give a grunt as he puts on his helmet again. He walks towards the door and I sit down on the bed.

I watch him as he opens the door, a storm trooper says, "Sir, the Death Star's commanding officer Grand Moff Tarkin is prepared to test the weapon and destroy Alderaan." Vader nods and leave the room.

Reality finally hits me, I remember that Luke, Obi-Wan, and Han were headed towards Alderaan but it was destroyed by the Death Star before they could get there. But the more important detail, the Stars tractor beam captures the Millennium Falcon and they end up on the Star.

Wait, Princess Leia is on this ship, and they are going to save her.

I quickly stand up and run out of the room, wedding dress flowing behind me. I run down the halls, not really knowing what to do or where to go.

I find a trooper in the hall and tell him to take me down to where Vader is, and he leads on. Constantly I worry if I am too late, no idea late to what but....my mind is racing and I feel the need to do something.

I follow the trooper into the main control area. While running up to Vader, I notice Han's ship already being pulled in. I get to Vader and gently grab him by his arm.

"Luke and Obi-Wan are in that ship!" A commander I guess then turns to me, "We will send someone in to check I-" I cut him off, "Exactly, they are going to knock out the troopers and put on their suits instead". Everyone looks at me like I'm crazy, but I was expecting that.

Vader starts, "From where are you getting this information?" But before I can speak a siren cut me off, and the cameras in front of us go black. "Intruders", someone yells. And I stand there with my arms crossed, "told you so".

Vader suddenly tenses up, "Obi-Wan, I can feel him." I give him the face of didn't-I-just-tell-you-that. He takes out his saber and walks out of the room. Doesn't he know that us earthlings have this movie? I did have that dream a couple weeks ago when he wanted to take advantage of me.

Now I think about Leia, should I say anything? For now I will have to stay in the control room, for it is too dangerous to go out to the fighting.

Minutes pass until I hear some news, "They are breaking into Leia's cell." Now I tense up, I know exactly what is going to happen, Luke, Leia, and Han escape and see Vader kill Obi-Wan. Luke gets pissed and wants revenge on Vader. I could have done something, but what I have no idea.

Exactly what I expect happens, they all escape and Vader comes back, pissed I can sense.

yes its a bit short, but at least i got something in. Hopefully you guys liked it...
