Mom there's someone at the door! Dylan shouted

I think that's pretty clear thank you for opening the door, it's okay I'll get it since I'm closer too the door. Dylan I said sarcastically, making my way to the door.

I open the door. "Lucas look at you! You look great."
No look at you it doesn't even look like you had a baby said Lucas.
Okay first it's been 10 years since I had Dylan so it's pretty clear it looks like I never gave birth. But come in.

We walked through the small little hallway that lead to the living room. So Lucas where's dad I thought he would be here? I asked
Something came up in the hospital and he had to finish up paper work and since your been out for 5 years his been here and out to hospital to hospital. Oh yea that's is true business will always come first for him.

Flashback: ( September 6, 1994)

I'm so sick and tired of you Daniel you never listen or you're never here! I have to be here all day at home taking care of our kids for you too be working later and then coming home to studying for some stupid thing you will never achieve.

Daria when will you understand that I'm doing this for us! Said Daniel.

Abby is that you? Come on out sweetie! Now you hear me sweetie mommy is going away for a while okay I can't take you guys with me but I'm sure you'll take good care of you're brother I love you so much sweetie. said Daria with tears coming out of her eyes.
Mommy don't go says Abby as she pulls her moms dress! I have too sweetie.
Come here Abby come to daddy! Abby walks toward dad and they both watch as Daria walked out the door.
It's just us three now Abby we'll be fine.

Hey mom! Uncle Lucas just asked you something! Are you okay Abby? Asked Lucas!
Yes I'm fine, what were you saying? Like i was saying I heard you started working at Eastern Atlanta Hospital? And why didn't you asked dad to let you work at his hospital? Come on Abigail it's like rated the #1 in Atlanta? Said Lucas
I know I know the last chief I had and by chief I mean Charlie's mother she recommended me to this hospital she said that they were looking for a new chief of General and so I went for it and I got the job and I start on Monday! I said with a straight face!!
Which reminds me Lucas Charlie is here!! I know you too had a thing for each other back then!
You mean more like we got engaged but I had to get unengaged! Yes that any who she's coming over in a few minutes I just wanted to give you a heads up..

Okay then I'm out then I thought this was gonna be a brother and sister and nephew time! Said Lucas making his way to the door. Hey Lucas hold up!! I ran up to him and pulled his arm. What Abby! You know I can't stay.I think it's time for you too. Two face each other for once and talk about it. Abigail I don't think you understand I was engaged to that girl and I had to leave her I loved her! "Loved" her? Yes Abby "Loved" it's over but I still can't face her. Anywho I have to go deal with the hospital I'll text you later so we can meet up with dad for dinner. Hey Lucas tell Anna I said Hi and too the girls.  Yea  we'll talked about that later. As Lucas walked towards the door a knock came through the door. I'll get that, Pushing Lucas out the way.
I opened the door just to see Charlie at the door.
Charlie what what are yo-u doing here? I said awkwardly?  Umm well I came because you asked me too?? Now let me in.
She pushed the door not only to find Lucas standing there.

Lucas said Charlie with a shocked face. Charlie said Lucas with a neutral face. For a moment everything was awkward I could see Lucas crying for help. Okay so I'll see you at dinner Lucas. Yes alright bye.

Well that was awkward wasn't it Charlie? Yea it was I didn't  know he was in town? Charlie asked
Yea his here with my dad, business meeting and you know how it is, yea you're family has always been a busy one. Hey Charlie's I'm sorry I didn't know he would show up here. Don't apologize it's nothing there actually nothing to apologize! Why would you?  Are you okay Charlie you are acting strange. Am fine any who so when are you gonna tell you're dad about you know what Dylan's dad working at the hospital Charlie *whispered*
Tonight at dinner when everyone's around including Dylan.
