Moving to Forks

Alex sighed in despair as he recall what his mother said to him when he told her he was gay...

"Mom, there's something I need to tell you," Alex said, terrified.
"What is it baby," she has asked.
"I'm gay," he came right out.
"I'm glad you're happy Alex," she said, not understanding him.
"No I meant that I like boys. I like kissing boys," he clarified.
"Oh," she said.
"Mom, say something," he pressed.
"Get out, you're moving in with your father," she said, walking away.

Alex had never felt so abandoned. His father was the one person who he could count on. Charlie had no problem accepting his sons sexuality.

Alex looked up as his father announced that he was home. He quietly got out and grabbed his things while his father grabbed the rest.

"Is my room still in the attic," Alex questioned.

Charlie nodded and the males took everything to his room.

"Son, look, I still you love you. Whether you like boys or monkeys, I'll always love you," Charlie said and went back downstairs.

Alex unpacked his bags in two hours and walked to his sisters room.

"Bells," he said as he walked into the room.

Her head snapped towards him and a look of shock was on her face and she launched herself into her brother.

"I missed you," she whispered into his ear.

"I've miss you too Belly Button," he whispered. "Come on, we'll talk, catch up and make dad dinner."

The pair went downstairs and started in dinner.

"So you're gay and mom kicked you out for it," Bella asked in disbelief.

"Yeah. So your ex was a sparkling vampire and Jacobs ignoring you," Alex questioned making Bella nod.

They were quiet until dinner was ready and they called for Charlie.

Charlie was shocked to see his oldest smiling with his youngest but he wouldn't trade the moment. As they sat down for dinner, they caught up and Charlie almost chocked when he heard Bella's laughter.

"So I'm going down to Jacobs tomorrow to confront him. Will you come with me," Bella questioned her younger brother.

"Of course, I'll beat him up for you," Alex said with a smile on his face despite being serious.

The pair went separate ways and went to bed.
