Meeting HIM

Jack POV

I saw this weird girl in the hall today that I haven't seen before. Must be a new student. She has platinum blonde hair similar to mine twisted up into a coronation bun and I have to say, she caught my attention. "Wait here," I told the rest of the group. "What for, Jack?" Henry AKA Hiccup said, but by then I had already walked away.

She was at my locker. Perfect excuse to talk to her. I saw girls fixing themselves up all around me but I ignored it. They're all the same anyway. I went up to the platinum haired girl and said "Hey, are you new here?" brilliant. That's what came out?? But to my surprise she just rolled her eyes and walked away, meanwhile all the girls are gasping.

I stood there like an idiot watching her walk away, poised and graceful as a queen ( haha XD ) And face palmed.

"Hey," I jumped as Hiccup started speaking. "I saw you trying to talk to that girl," I mentally face palmed. Now Hiccup is gonna tell everyone. "No luck, huh? Why so special?"

"I don't know..."

I decided to give up and get to my first class. Great. Science. So much fun. As I sat at an empty ( or so I thought ) table, I heard people gasp. I looked beside me and there was the girl from before, reading her book and ignoring all her surroundings.

"Uhhhh hey!" I awkwardly said. she looked at me with a bored expression and I have to say, she's really pretty. "Why so special?" she asked. "Uhh what do you mean?"

"Listen here, frost boy. I've heard stuff about you and I don't like it. So do I must put up a 'Do Not Disturb' sign?"

I just sat there, shocked as she buried her nose back into that book.
