Claire's p.o.v

A beam of light broke through the sky and cleared half of the army due to the blast. He still has the habit of using heavy artillery...

"Sup bruh! How's it going?" Uncle Epic waved to me, he still has he he habit of saying "bruh".

"Heya uncle Epic. Wanna focus on the fight here?" I ask pointing to the ridiculous amount of undead In the arena.

"Sure bruh! Stand back!" He said as turned to face the army. He snapped his fingers and a bunch if magic circles appeared on the ground. This is gonna be a big light show...

"What is this? Magic? Pft, what a joke." Oh he did not. He's not gonna have a pleasant time...

"He kid, keep talking..." He said as he looked up at him.

"Cause I'm about to 360 noscope your a** from across the map, nerd." He said, as his eye flared a deep purple.

Beams of light came crashing down as a purple light filled the room. When the dust settled, uncle Epic had already disappeared, leaving his coat behind. Kazer was lucky enough to block the attack with skeletonized hands shielded him. The army sure had been obliterated, and now it started to rain. A note fluttered to the ground as a bunch of foot steps could be heard. The note read:

Dear niece,

I'm pretty sure you miss me, and by this time I'm probably gone. I'm sorry that been hiding this from you, but I recently got into to a fight and shattered my soul. I'm terribly sorry and I hope you can forgive me. Live happily with Cross for me.

Goodnight sweetheart. I love you.

-Epic

I picked up the coat as I held onto the note as tears fell from my eyes, he was gone. I fell onto my knees and cried into uncle Epic's coat. A hand rested on my shoulder, or at least I thought a hand did. I looked behind me and saw Epic. He smiled and faded away. Chris came running down the battered street and raced over to me. The note slowly got wet, so I tucked it into the coat hopping it wouldn't get wet in there.

I will have my revenge.

Jack's p.o.v

I heard the door slam, as I flinched at the noise. I glared at Nate as he just steered in disbelief.

"Well? Are you going to just stare into space or go after her?!" I yelled at him

"S-she probably hates me now..." He whispered loud enough for me to hear

"Well at least you can do something and go after her!"

"Stop. Nothing will help you guys if you don't stop yelling at each other." Chris said simply.

"Yeah? At least I worry about her, unlike you!" I said slamming him against the wall nearby. I filled with rage that none of them gave a fu*k that she just ran away.

"Listen pal, you need to give her some time to calm down. This is what she always does. Can you release me now?" He said patting my arm, signalling me to release him. I release him and sit on the couch, still angry.

Then we all heard a huge crash and light fill the area, almost like lightning. Bit frightening, no? I peer through the window, only to see a beam of purple light come crashing down from the sky.

"What the hell? What was that?!" I hear Mark yell from behind me.

"That, was her uncle. Epic has a way with coming in... With a flash..." He said. Not sure if he had just made a pun, but oh well.

A slight drizzle had started, a few moments later more beams of light came crashing down, and Chris's face changed from a calm expression to a serious one. He bolted out the door, into the the rain.

"What's up with him?" I asked, scratching my head.

"I dunno... Maybe he got worried 'bout her?" Matt said standing next to me now.

"Mmm... Maybe..." I say shrugging the feeling off.

They returned a few minutes later, but with a angry, and sad Claire. She sat down on the couch with a new coat with her. A lab coat? It was pretty cool nonetheless. Matt sat beside her and tried to wipe away the tears, but she slapped his hand away and looked out the window.

"She never had a good life. It was always in ruins, she never felt at home. No matter what you do, she will always feel disassociate from everyone. It wasn't fair."

Matt's p.o.v

I was kinda sad on the inside when she slapped my had away. It hurt a lot, yet it didn't. I decided to leave he pr alone, until I saw the note. It was on the floor. A bit damp, it must have fell out from a pocket or something... It read

Dear niece,

I'm pretty sure you miss me, and by this time I'm probably gone. I'm sorry that I've been hiding this from you, but I recently got into a fight and shattered my soul. I'm terribly sorry and I hope you can forgive me. Live happily with Cross for me.

I held the note as my hand's trembled. I knew what she felt. Kadokia had also recently gone missing, just as Steph left. I remember searching and coming across a torn piece of cloth. I recognized it to be from her shirt. I still had it, I didn't tell Steph though, it would tear her heart to shreds. It wish I could help somehow. I hated being useless.

Oh my lord. It is 11 at night. I stayed up for this chapter and I'm really tired, so sorry for the errors. I'll see you guys in the next chapter! Buh-bye!
