Jack's P.O.V

There was a loud bang on the door, as I was cutting up some sandwiches in half, so I nearly dropped the knife on my foot and yelled "FU*KING CHRIST" to the top of my lungs. Oh that man is gonna be a dead son of a b*tch, hahaha. Shut up and tell me how to use my gun again?  So you weren't paying attention, focus and just pick it up. Simple. How else do you think I get a knife every time I wanted one?  I pull out two pistols walk to the door open up and hear an "Oh shoot, he's got a gun" as I start firing. A few seconds later, Mark comes out to see the commotion.

"The hell Jack? You just killed a group of people!" Mark yelled

"'Ey, if you didn't know, we're kinda wanted here." I shot back

"Jack is right. Guy's we aren't safe here. We got move." Claire replied from behind

"And just abandon my house?!" The girl sighed.

"What's more important, the house or your life?"

"That's a tough decision Mark, but she's right. We gotta go, and leave this house." I agreed with Claire. Mark sighed in deafeat.

"Fine. When do we leave?"

"Tonight. Pack your things." She said, and we all started packing.

Matthias' P.O.V

I packed some of my clothes, a blanket and a pillow, a ton of food and water, and my portable charger along with my computer charger, computer and IPhone charger. I slid my phone into my pocket, and decended down the stairs. Matt was already packed along with Jack, Mark, and Claire who was talking to Matt.

"Hey there Matthias, packed already?" Jack asked with the same enthusiasm he always has. Mark looked really bummed, and Claire was planning on which place would be best suited for us to live in while we get an alliance to defeat Kazer and his stupid gang.

"Yeah. Gonna miss this place huh, Mark?" Mark grunted and muttered 'yeah' so only we heard. Soon, Chris and Nate came down the stairs, and we checked over what we needed.

"So we have water and food?" Matt went down the checklist.

"Yep." I confirmed

"A map of some sort?"

"Got it." Chris said still reading it, with glasses on.

"Matches?"

"Mhm." Mark hummed

"Money?"

"MATT." We all looked at him.

"Okay, moving on. Medicine?"

"Yeah." Nate replied.

"Alright then. Last item batteries, and lightflashes."

"Got 'em" We said in unison.

"Out the door then." Mark sighed, as we all went though the door. He looked back longingly into the house before shutting the door one final time.

Mark's P.O.V

I felt like I was dying in the inside when I closed that door. Nate smiled a painful smile at me that said "I know how hard it could be sometimes." I was greatful for that support, but my mood was not going to change that quick. We started heading north towards the greater, more richer parts of LA, but as we progressed, we quickly noticed that plants, and grass were dying, and soon enough, we saw destroyed buildings everywhere, like an apocalypse had just happened. I sucked in my breath and walked forward. Careful now. I can see two guards. Oh, thanks. I can see them y'know. Just making sure you haven't gone completely blind.

"Halt! Who are you and what is your perpose here?" A guard stopped us, and the other one eyed us suspiciously.

"Um..." I stuttered.

"Take them, and give to lord Kazer." The one who stopped us, ordered to the  silent guard. He nodded in response, and took us through the barbed fence that served as gates. He led us through a passage, that led to an underground fortress. We soon arrived to his room, where he was studying a board full of different clans. The guard knocked on the door in a rhythmic pattern, and Kazer turned around to see who had arrived.

"Ah. Leave them here. I'll deal with them. Go back to your post." He dismissed his  soldier.

"Hm. What a shame you're still alive, your majesty." Ryan sarcastically bowed, as we roared with laughter, Kazer only smirked.

"You'll regret that." He said, as two skeletons clawed themselves out from the ground, and stood by his side. I looked at Chris, who smiled, and presented himself.

"Hey there buddy... Wanna say that again?" Chris said as his scythe appeared in his palm, slightly grasping it.

"Take him down." Kazer pointed lazily to Chris. The both advanced forward, abnormally quick for some skeletons. Chris snapped his fingers to create a portal in front of him, and the two skeletons went straight into it as it closed.

"Got anymore?" Chris taunted.

"Oh I'm sure you'll love the next surprise, but you'll see it the next time. Bye!" Kazer winked at someone, and disappeared. Then there was a voice on the megaphone.

"Self destruct sequence in 30 seconds." It rang.
