Benny's pov

After discussing on what the guys and I are gonna do, they decided to "scam pool honies" .

Truth is the only reason I agreed was to see y/n . She was sisters with Wendy Peffercorn . Wendy sometimes will invite y/n to work with her as lifeguard. How did I  know y/n will be there ? Well that's cause it was Friday , y/n was always there with Wendy on Fridays. We arrived at the pool area there I saw y/n sitting by Wendy, black simple two piece, her h/c hair shining in the sun. I bit my lip at this . Fuck I thought she's so fuck- I was broke out of my thoughts when squints spoke, "BENNY'S PERVIN" I saw the boys crack up. "Yeah yeah he's drooling" Yeah-Yeah teased. I rolled my eyes at them. I saw Denuez get out of the pool and walk over to where Wendy and y/n were sitting .

Y/n's pov

I couldn't help but to stare at Benny the minute him and his friends came. Benny was a sweetheart along with his friends. They were all adorable but Benny caught my eye the most. We would talk, not a lot but we still talked mostly over texting though . I saw Denuez come up to where Wendy and I were sitting. He tapped on my shoulder. "Hey Denny" yes I called him Denny sounds like his name Kenny but I liked calling him Denny even though it bugs him . "Quit calling me that y/n" I laughed. "So what brings you here , Denny" I said and he rolled his eyes, I cracked him a small grin . "Anyways Benny's drooling over you , go do something about it" I froze at his words. Did Benny Rodriguez like me ? No he doesn't like you the boy only has time for baseball. "Uhh d-drooling? I couldn't help but stutter. "Yes y/n drooling" "what do you want me to do about it?" I said. Denuez grinned at my question. He had something in mind and I was nervous. "Tease him" he said with a smirk. I looked over at Wendy and she smirked as well "W-what?" "I can teach you y/n" Wendy spoke. I heard Denuez chuckle. "Shut it Denny" he just grinned at me. "You go back with the boys I have a person to teach" Wendy said and pointed at Denuez with a smile . "Wendy I never said I-" Wendy cut me "don't listen to her she'll be over there in 10 mins" Denuez nodded and left . Me , well I was nervous . I didn't want to embarrass myself in front of Benny .

Benny Pov

I saw Denuez come back and go inside the pool. I didn't hesitate to swim over to him. "What were you and y/n talking about?" I was eager to hear what Denuez was gonna say. "I just talked to her" he said. "Like?" You can hear the desperation in my voice. "That's for me to know and you to find out" he said and swam away . My jaw clenched I was turning angry for some reason but that anger died down when I saw y/n jump into the water and swim to me.

Y/n's pov

I swam over to Benny. For some odd reason I felt confident. Maybe cause my  sister boosted up my confidence. "Hey Benny" I said. "H-hey y/n" he stuttered it was adorable . "Can we talk?" I said and he nodded. I sat on the edge of the pool with my legs dangling in the water. "What are you doing Saturday ?" I asked. "Baseball" he said shortly "oh" I said and looked down. "Why?" "I wanted too see if you wanted to come with me to the carnival but it's cool you don't have too" I looked over at him. He looked like he wasn't paying attention to me. His focus was on my body, I saw him bit his lip. I snapped my fingers and he shook his head. "What" he said confused. "You know what nevermind" I said harshly and stood up. "Y/n" "I said nevermind Benny" I said with my voice raised and walked away. I sat back with Wendy she looked at me with concerned "what happened ? Did it work?" I looked at her and rolled my eyes, she still didn't get the hint. "No Wendy I didn't tease him cause I didn't want to all I asked was if he wanted to come with me to the carnival but he ignored what I said cause his eyes were all over my body. Would you like to know anything else Wendy?! " I spoke harshly. "Oh" she said and looked away.
