“So you are just casually walking here around then? I mean, aren’t there suppose to be screaming girls everywhere you go?” I asked. . “No haha, they don’t know we are here, well except for you then now. But yeah, we were kind of hungry so we just went to milkshake city, do you know that place?” “Ofcourse I know,” I laughed “They make the most wonderful milkshakes in the world!” Harry nodded. “So you came all the way down through London, just to visit Milkshake City?” I knew the boys were a little crazy, but this was a bit outstanding. “What do you mean?” Liam got this confusing look on his face. “Well, you guys live in like south london right? Why would you come all the way down here? Just to visit milkshake city? Seems a bit unreal for me then”. So this was a bit of an awkward situation, yet – how awkward it was – I always seemed to be good in making things a little more awkward. “Ooh that way. No, we live ..” Harry turned me around and pointed to the big building at the end of the street “ .. over there!” I was stunned. “You mean that massive appartmentbuilding, with loads of security in front?” Oh dear god. “I thought only posh and crancky people lived there”. I never just said that out loud. What’s wrong with me. “Sorry about that, that wasn’t be meant to say out loud. But that’s like ..” I interrupted myself. They were probably not interested and on their way home. “Like what?” Harry asked. Guess I was wrong. “Like .. You literally live around the corner, I mean.” I turned around “I live in that road there” as I pointed to the street across the huge building. “Really?” Liam said. “Well, that’s pretty awesome then”. He winked to Harry. Harry was staring again. I swear, he was starting to really creep me out now. “Why is that awesome haha?” Why would it be awesome for them I live around the corner? “That means we might see you around some day again.” He said what?! They. They wanted to see me again? I’m sure they were just messing with me. “Euhrr, I guess then, seems fun!” That came out a little insecure. Perfect. “So what are ya up to?” Harry was awake again. “Well, I just moved in here, for like 10 minutes ago. So I was just checking around a little bit, to see what kind of neighbour it was.” Harry and Liam looked both at me now. Then to eachother, like they were exchanging thoughts. Back to me again. “So you have basically no idea where you are right now? What do you say about a quick tour through this place? We’ll show you some nice things. Well, only if you want us to.” ERHM, HELLO. I’m not a rock. Liam and Harry, they wanted me to show the neighbourhood to me and asking if that’s okay with me? They actually wanted to talk to me, and they asked if that’s okay with me? If the word ‘no’ would come out of my mouth, at this exact moment, I’d probably slap myself. Hard. Oops, they were staring at me. “Sorry haha, ofcourse that’s fine by me! If you guys aren’t too busy with other things.” I started to feel a bit more comfortable, it felt good. This was like a dream coming true. “Ofcourse we are not busy, otherwise we wouldn’t have asked you this right? Let me just call Louis to say we’ll be a little later! Harry nodded.
While Harry was on the phone with Louis, Liam and I chatted a bit. He asked me about my old school, friends and why we had to move. “Well, basically, my father’s company decided to transfer my father to here. And we are all very happy with that.” Woehooo, sarcasme all the way. I saw Liam smiling. I loved it already, making him smile. “Well, that sounds really enthousiastic!” “4 hours ago, I hated the idea. I even told my friends to lock me up in a closet haha.” Oh wait, when you just thought you passed the whole period of embarresing yourself, it could actually get worse. “My mum wasn’t really behind the idea, but she had to support my dad. So that’s how I ended up here. Though, I think I’m really going to like this new place!” He laughed. “You’re funny, you know that?”
Meanwhile, Harry finished his phonecall with Louis and jointed us. “So what were you talking about then?”. I looked at Liam. “Well mate, we were actually talking about you, so this is a very awkward moment for you to join while we talk about you in your presence.” He pulled a sad face. “No you silly.” I punched him softly on his arm. “I was telling Liam how I ended up in this place. And that I liked it so far!” “Gooood!” He smiled. With his gorgeous smile. It was even prettier in reality than on the pictures. Oh dear lord, I needed to stop dreaming. We came across a little park. It looked really cute, THE perfect place for a romantic date, like a picnik by nig- Oh gosh, I’m such a cunt. Getting distracted by every single thing I see. We passed a few other buildings and some little shops. They showed me the underground here and we stopped at this little café, apparently they served the best coffee around here. “Do you want some?” Liam asked. “I’m not really into coffee actually, do they have tea?” “I’ll ask them. And you Harry, what do you want?” He nodded yes, as Liam walked inside to get the drinks. There I was. Standing outside, waiting for Liam to get back. With Harry Styles. Just me and him. Alone. I felt him looking at me. “Do you see something interesting then?” I asked for the banter. I smiled. “Yeah, it’s gorgeous and she’s standing in front of me right now.” His head turned a little red, and he got this little smile on his face.
