Kidd x reader

You were invited to join the Kidd's pirate crew at exactly one year ago. You remember your first days and months being teased and getting irritated by the crew, but mostly, your captain, Eustass Kidd. He never fails to get into your nerves. He's always shouting at you, getting mad at you, blaming you for everything that's happening wrong in his life.

But now...

How did this happen? You fell in love with that devil monster, who is currently eating his lunch beside you. You're obsessed with him. You always follow him wherever he goes, you always want to be with him, protect him, tease him, cuddle him, and do whatever romantic stuff people do with their soulmates.

But, you were always rejected.

Never has he thanked you for everything you've done especially for him nor did he ever cared for everything you did. If your first days were filled with irritating teases and shouts from Kidd, now it's the opposite. You're now the one who piss Kidd off. Always making him mad, madder than he's usual mad self.

What can you do? You can't help it. You can't stand a minute without knowing if he's okay. You love him so much you don't even know why. You love him, you really do. You love everything about him, even his devilish side. Yeah, you were always rejected but you're not the one who'll give up easily. You know you still have a chance in making him fall for you. You just have to wait until he does.

"Killer, I want some more." He commanded.

His voice made you shiver, in a good way. His voice sounds so sexy to you. Shit, he's so gorgeous.

"Would you stop staring at me?!" He shouted at you. You didn't move an inch.

"No." You simply replied, followed by a cocky grin.

He stood up and threw his plate on your face. You were surprised at the sudden move that you didn't have  time to dodge. The food stained all over your clothes.

Kidd went out of the room, your eyes wide open as you looked at his figure walking away from you. Killer quickly got some towels and gave it to you, muttering apologies in behalf of the captain. You said it's okay and that you're used at his antics. Killer seems a bit relieved after you said that.

But this shit's been bugging for almost half a year now. it's been a long time since you confessed your feelings to Kidd. You remember him being flustered and his head turning into a tomato when you first said you love him (you say it every day since then). Doesn't he feel at least a little bit of liking to you? Does he really felt nothing towards you after almost half a year? Really?

You kind of want to know so maybe, just maybe, he'll tell you when you ask him? There's a really, REALLY small chance but you'll take it.

It's almost sunset. You saw Kidd standing at the front of the ship. His coat flowing with the air, his arms crossed and the light of the sun is perfectly aligned with his gorgeous body. Just looking at his back made you melt, what more if you're face to face?

"Captain." You called him, trying to sound serious. He turned around, an irritated, angry expression painted on his face.

"What do you want?!" He asked menacingly.

He already wants you to leave. It's obvious. He hates small talks so you asked straight to the point.

"I told you my feelings almost six months ago. After all that, haven't you felt even the tiniest bit of liking to me?"

You're serious. Dead serious. You desperately want to know now. This may be the time to figure out if you're going to continue loving him or just dump your feelings away. You probably won't do the last one but still.

He blushed for a split second but then shifted back into his angry side and stomped over to you. You suddenly felt nervous, your heart thumping loudly as he nears you. You froze from your spot, unable to move. Your breathing slowly fading away, literally.

He towers over you, giving you his death glare. "I. Hate. You." was all he said.

You felt your heart just shattered into pieces. Your eyes even wider from shock. Your knees feeling wobbly. You felt like, you just lost everything.

"You're just a piece of trash. I should've thrown you away a long time ago if it weren't for Killer and the whole crew." He smirked. "What? Did you really think that I will fall in love with someone like YOU? Tch. Love. It's just a stupid thing people made up cause they can't live by without someone giving them chocolates once a year, telling them things they want to hear, feeling pleasure. It's just a selfish thing they invented to please themselves." He backed away and walked past you.

You lowered your head. You should be crying right now but nothing's coming out from your eyes, not even a small tear can be felt. And instead of sadness, you felt anger, frustration, hate.

You faced him. "You don't know what love is, Kidd! You never felt it so don't go judge people's feelings including mine! You're just a selfish brat that doesn't care about other people! Even your crew!" you raged. You felt fire reaching your heart. "Don't get cocky at me Kidd! I've been in this pirate ship for a year and do you know what your crew thinks of you?! They think you're just a selfish, arrogant, childish, know-it-all jerk who only knows how to scrap metal! And you were NEVER THE CAPTAIN THEY WANT TO HAVE! NOT EVEN KILLER LIKES YOU!!"

Now you've done it. He rushes back at you and grabbed your collar. The whole crew appeared from behind him, all having worried and confused faces.

"What the hell's going on here?" asked someone from the crowd.

You and Kidd exchanged glares, none of you backing out. You really ticked off Kidd this time. Your faces are close but you don't feel flustered or any hint of being embarrassed at the moment. Both of you just hit each other's limit.

"DON'T YOU DARE SPEAK BACK TO ME!! I'M YOUR CAPTAIN!! I OWN THIS SHIP! I OWN THIS CREW! I OWN YOU!" kidd screamed.

"YOU DON'T OWN ME! THE ONE WHO INVITED ME ON THIS SHIP IS KILLER, NOT YOU! YOU DON'T EVEN CARE ABOUT WHO GOES IN AND OUT OF YOUR GODDAMN SHIP, EUSTASS KIDD!" you screamed back.

And then there it goes, a massive metal punch from Kidd. You fell down HARD on the wooden floor. Blood came out from your nose and one of your beloved tooth had fallen out.

"(Y/N)!!!" yelled the crew.
