TAYLORS POV
I was nervous. I want her to like me. I know we talked at dinner but I was really just small talk. I want to get to know her... and this feels weird because I normally don't want to just talk to a girl. Usually I want to kiss them and have a more physical relationship but with her I just want to know her.
We walked into Carter's room and she seemed nervous. Like I was going to try and kiss her. I didn't want that yet. I mean I wanted it eventually and I know I may not have much time. But I want to get to know her to show I'm not a bad guy.
I sat down on the bed and she stayed standing.
"Ava, you can sit down next to me, I don't bite." I said
"Ok," she said with a giggle.
"So I just want to know more about you."
"Okay what do you want to know?" she responded with a smile.
"We should play 20 questions!"
"Sure, you go first. "
"Okay... what's your favorite color??" I asked
"Yellow."
"Really yellow?" I questioned
"Is there someone wrong with yellow?" she said trying to sound offended.
"No, I mean people just normally don't line yellow that much," I said
"I like it because it's so happy!"
"I like that."
"What's your favorite color taylor?"
"Blue," I responded. "Nest question. Do you do a sport?"
"Soccer. Can I ask you a question now?"
"Of course." I said.
"Why do you always wear bandanas?" she asked while laughing.
I liked hearing her laugh.
"My hair is crazy so it keeps it out of the way," I replied with a laugh.
"Why don't you just get it cut?" she asked me.
"Are you trying to say you don't like the bandana?" I asked pretending to be offended.
"No I like it." she said and I saw her start to blush.
"Good,"
