blood bath

chapter one

My name is twilight; and i was the first born guardian to walk the world. After the elders tried to force ably to creat something that the gods would not allow, they let one be naturally born, and that would be me. My parents were shocked when i was born with the marks of a guardian, and the elders were equally shocked to say the least that i was a girl. The marks rapped around my ankles and went up the sides of my legs, following up to my sides, and up under my arms to rapped around my wrists, but my favorite marking was the wings one my back, they tended to move with my moods; as if to protect me in a sense thats the best way i can describe it. As i got older my training begain and soon my animal came to me and to say people were shocked before would be an understatment now; being a female guardian and a white spirt wolf made a lot of people jealous, or scared of me. I tried making friends but the only friends i get are my two olders brothers that are warriors, they may seem big and scary but i know there true colors; they may be big bad wolves to others but to me their like playful puppies. A few decades of training i finally was sent out to the human world to try and fix the damage of the hounds and the damage that my own people caused. To say it was easy is a lie, but i enjoyed it as it was destined for it since birth. After years of going back and worth between worlds i was forced to by a home in the human realm. I didnt care much for it since it wasn't home but i didnt now mind, i brought many pictures from home of my family and arranged the home to my likings.

i was laying down in bed went i felt the call; the elders waned me back to the courts immediately. i quickly ran out of the little home and raced down the dirt path, glad that no one was here for miles. I saw the portal that connected to my realm and ran to it feeling dread creep deep down into my bones. Going through the portal made you feel light as a feather but once your body started entering the other realm it becomes soild like a rock sinking to the bottom of a river. My bare feet touched the ground and i looked around me; smoke ingulfed the air, screams could be heard for miles at an endless torment, fire has touched every blade of grass to every home, i looked aound me stunned until i see my brothers running to me. "Twi! TWI! snap out of it their at the temples we have to go now!" My brothers words snapped me out of the chaos as my wings burst from my body and i took flight to the elders temples hoping that at least the children and woman were safe. I looked around me as i saw my people and hells people fighting endlessly, but since so many of our own have left we were down by numbers and dropping slowly. I pushed my wings faster as i saw the temple merely a few feet. i landed and looked back to see if my brothers were there but they weren't. I turned around as i loked up at the broken door, they're already inside. Dread filled me to now end as i slowly made my way inside, blood immediatley made its way to my nose, i quicken my steps as i caustiously looked around me. I heard voices in the distance as i got closer and closer. I could feel the evil radiating off the introduers. As i stepped into the lights i blinked rapidly forcing my eyes to adjust; before me stood Adrian the king of hell, he had all the elders on their knees before me with a cruel smile on his lips, i looked around at the fallen warriors that scattered the ground, their blood quickly forming a pool of black blood. "Aw and there is the famous twilight, see boys i knew she would come to the rescue." I slowly looked back up at Adrian, i felt confused inside but i didnt let it show. "What is it that you want adrian." My voice never wavering as i felt the panic rise in my head. "Oh my darling i've been watching you from a-far, your such a beautiful creature the gods have made." The way he looked me up and down made my face turn into disgust, "The gods made me to protect my people from harm, and the innocence of the humans that your kind have been trying to steal." "I know dear girl, that is why i'm going to give you a chance to protect both from harms way." I looked at him cautiously then back down at the elders, they never looked up at me as i watched them curiously. " What is this deal that your so gracfully giving me." I said with such coldness, eyeing him wearily. He raised his hand, and his people brought in the women and children that were supposed to hind in the unground tunnels. I watched as they all looked at me and back around the room, i could practically taste the fear rolling off of them. "Come children let us venture outside so all that remeans alive can hear. He gestured towards the door, and i bravely turned my back and slowlly made my way back to the grand entrance.
