I watched as my brothers face light up than darkened, he looked me up and down than looked at my face, "That's not possible my sister died years ago." his voice wavered a little like he didn't believe it himself; or didn't want to believe. I shook my head and stepped closer, "Do I look dead brother? maybe a little different but certainly not dead" we looked at each other in silence until his mate broke it, "Well he said your not his sister, so why don't you leave our home?" I snorted at that and looked at the girl hanging possessively on my brothers arm, "Your home? are you so sure?" I cocked my head to the side and watched as she looked confidently at me , "yes I'm sure, I've never seen you here before when everything in the world changed" I nodded my head slightly, "Awe that is because you have either been blind to the pictures around the place, unless Richard has moved them" I looked at him now, he watched me patiently before he spoke, "They are put away, locked in a room. And I don't like how you come here pretending to be my own flesh and blood." "Yea so bitch leave!" she jumped over the couch and charged after me, the sudden movement made the beast within me surface, it was excited and I lost control; I could feel my eyes changing black with every step she took. my sharp teeth became more defined as I grabbed here by the throat and held here up in the air. "Do you wish for a death sentence?!" I could here Nicky yelling as he grabbed my arms and forced them down. "Twilight let go!" his voice held power as it spread across my skin, making the darkness reside at the touch of his familiar calming power. I looked at the girl and dropped here, her hands immediately went to her neck as she gasped on the floor. I looked up at Richard, "Sorry, I do not like sudden movements." Everyone looked at me in shock, while Richard slowly moved to knee by the girl, "Jade that was a very stupid thing to do." he stood back up and looked at me, "Twilight" he said me name and I looked up at his eyes, I could see the tears that he refused to let out, "How" I knew he was in shock with his one word questions, I shrugged my shoulders, "I have been alive for quite some time brother, years in hell are unimaginable but live able. though after the first century I went into a comatose state, and have been dead but alive." I paused giving my brother time to process the information I gave him, "Than the hounds made a mistake and buried the bodies on earth and I slowly woke up to this new world, Adrian's promise has been broken, so now I live free." he helped jade up after her breathing regulated, and sat on the couch looking back at me and gesturing to come. I looked back at Nicky, he shrugged his shoulders and slowly moved his hand in the direction of the others, as if saying lead the way. I nodded my head and walked closer into the lightened room and shoes to sit in the lone chair facing everyone in the room. "So your saying you've been alive.....all this time?" I nodded my head, "Yes" he ran his hands through his hair and looked back up at me, "And you've never came to see any of us? never come out of hiding or whatever?" I cocked my head at him, "Do you think so lightly of hell? and so great of me to be able to break through? I made a promise that I would stay, but Adrian's promise is broken and that is how I live now." he nodded his head and put it in his hands, "Sorry, just thinking you've been alive all this time makes me feel like tha-that you just stood and watched are world disappear. I growled low in my throat and leaned in the chair, "This is not my fault in any, and you know that. I would have done anything to keep my people safe, but you all let yourselves down, you reek of weakness of hopeless creatures. Did you simple for get who you are? what we are?" he looked up at me in surprise than a worried look went through his eyes; aw so the others do not know he is of a royal, a pure blood. I shake my head at him, "This is all of your faults, letting humans run you around like your in a circus, letting hounds dominate you in submissive little puppies." I stood up than, and looked at my brother, "When you remember who you are Richard, than call out to me. I do not have to save anyone anymore, it is up to you if you will fight for your freedom, or if you will go down lying like a puppy." Nicky walked with me as we stepped through the glass door of the backyards, I could hear him coming after me so I stopped and waited, "I want to be free twilight you know that, but this world isn't what it used to be the humans despise us, or people are so few you wouldn't be able to do anything anyways." I cocked my head at him and shrugged, "If you believe that than I can not help you, I will only fight for those who choose to live, and fight back. I do not believe in the half-breeds being born, but I will stand by them if they choose to stand by me." "Well what about the humans?" I laughed a good throaty laugh and turned away from him, "Any and who stands in my way will die the same way our people have, weather they are human or not." My wolf burst through my skin as I began to run, Nicky closes the distance and ran next to me, I could hear Richard yelling my name quietly in the night as we jumped the fence and ran straight to the forest.
