~Yuri's Point of View~
I found Subaru in a room, sitting down while looking at the moon. "You wasted a rare opportunity."
"If you know anything about me or Yui or my father, please tell me so I can drag my sister's sorry ass out of here."
He looked at me for a second before handing me a silver knife. It was really pretty for such a dangerous weapon. "That silver knife can be used to kill vampires like us with a stab to the heart," Subaru said. "Why are you giving me this?" He didn't answer as he walked away.
I tucked it into my jacket and went to my room. Laito sat on my bed, posing as if he was trying to be seductive. Key word- trying.
My face immediately darkened, and he walked over to me. "What is it? Why the face?" I glared at him. "Get out," I said coldly. He smirked and walked closer.
I took out Subaru's knife and held it to his chest. "What a honor," Laito said. "I never knew how much you loved me." I made a weird face. "To vampires, murder is the ultimate way to confess your love," he explained. "You wield the finality that can end the life of an immortal." I dropped the knife, disgusted.
"Do you know how it feels to love someone so much you hate them?" He slammed me against the door. "When all is said and done, you and I are very much alike," he said. I tried to get his arms off me, but he wouldn't budge.
"Your hot blood speaks to me with its incredibly delicious aroma." I glare at him. "Laito, let me go." He leaned in and whispered in my ear. "It knows that you want me. How can you say that?"
I shove him really hard. "Let me go!" He falls back slightly. He smirks. "Say it. Scream that you want me." I "tch" and glare at him.
"Like hell I will!"
I grab his fedora. "When you apologize to me, I'll give it back," I said simply. I dart out of the way quickly and shove Laito out of my room. "I've never met a girl like you, Princess-chan~" I heard from the other side of the door. "Before, I was only interested in your blood, but now... I changed my mind."
I ignore it and put the fedora on my table. I lay down on my bed, and before I know it, I fell asleep.
A younger me sat at a big table next to a boy with red hair. We studied together. "This is boring," the boy said. I looked at him but his face features were blurred. "I'm gonna go play."
The younger me closed the book she was reading. "If you want, you can go play. But I will stay here and study." The boy "tched" and pouted. "You're normally so fun, but when it comes to studying, you're sooo boring."
Two little boys, probably around my age, walked in holding a plate of cookies. "Yuriko-chan~ we brought you cookies!" the one with the brownish red hair said." The purple haired boy took a cookie and happily ate it.
"That was for Yuriko-chan, ******!" The brownish red haired one scolded. I couldn't hear his name. It was like a sensor on a show that covered it up. The purple haired one pouted and wailed. I smiled and stood up from the chair. "It's okay. I can share." I took a cookie and ate it.
I looked up at the huge clock. "Eh, its that late?" The red head said. "I knew it was already past the time." I sighed. "I don't care. I will even study this whole day if it means I can make Father proud. Do you guys want to go play? I have some time before my music classes." The three boys cheered and the four of them rushed out the door.
We decided to play hide and seek. The red head was it. We giggled and ran around, trying to find a spot to hide. I spotted a blond boy holding a puppy. "***-san!" I said and ran towards him. "Hi! Cute puppy." The boy smiled. "Thanks-" he was cut off by a lady who also had the same hair color as him. "***! You must study and work hard since you are the eldest..." she droned on and on while I ran away.
