Entry #2

I played with Seto today in the backyard, it was loads of fun! He made amazing sand-castles from my sandbox and with his magic, made ones that we can decorate freely without it collapsing! I like him, I called him my friend today and he looked happy, which made me happy!

The sandbox is an old toy of mine, since I'm older now. I still like to play and mess around with it. Old childhood times, as they say.

Seto seemed to not know a lot of things, but was knowledgeable on information like math problems and science. Talking of science, we went into the woods nearby my house and went bug-catching! Seto could get really close to animals, he even returned a doe to its parents!

I found a few inchworms and pill bugs, a worm on a spot of wet mud. Seto explained that the worms like to be in wet and damp areas, to soak up the water for their skin. They were so slimy.

I also got some information on Seto, so we can be friends even more. He's fifteen, a sorcerer, short, and birthday on June 13(not actually Seto's bithday). His hobbies were playing with magic, reading, writing, and sometimes drawing. I offered to show him show how to draw, which he became happy to learn a little. When I wanted to go back home to get my art supplies, Seto took my hand and dragged me deep into the forest. I was... scared. I didn't know if he was a bad person, but he dragged me further and further into the woods,

"S-Seto! W-Where are we going?!" He didn't reply, dragging me deeper and deeper. We skittered to a stop, I panting heavily. "Seto, where are we?"

"My treehouse!" Moving a patch of roses aside, a giant treehouse stood perched on a big oak tree, white and purple roses surrounding the area. Seto smiled. "Welcome to my house, Brice!"

"It's... amazing!" I was shocked and speechless. Climbing the branches nimbly, Seto jumped to what I presumed was the entrance, opening a sliding door.

"Come on!"

I can't even describe the interior.

It. Was. AMAZING.

Like, majestic. Magnificent. Stupendous.

Bookshelves lined all the walls, a little table was in the corner with music boxes filling the surface of it. Books, books, books. Space, art, magic, science, architecture, everything. A chemistry lab was in another room coated with hardened walls to prevent any accidental fires or gases harming the tree, instead being sucked through these little holes and converted to fresh air. Amazing. Potions were carefully set to the side, notebooks and pages scribbled on and set in little holes on the shelves like scrolls.

My breath was taken away, I could barely comprehend what Seto made. A fifteen-year old made this?!

Seto smiled, sitting down where I guessed was the living room. We had tea and cookies, which were delicious. I was happy, so glad that I got to meet Seto. Sipping the tea, the cookies were not too sugary, not too bitter, not too sour. Just right, perfect. Giving caramel pieces to each other, Seto happily chewed and ate them, loving to savor the flavor. He kept a few pieces.

"I want to see how you draw." Setting a paper and pencil in my lap, he leaned back on the couch he had made out of branches, twigs, and softened leaves and moss with bits of wet wood to give a pleasant smell. Reading, I drew the teacups and pot, the tray and cookies. It was fun, and the tranquility set at the room was nice. No awkward silence, tension, simple quiet room. Seto played one of his music boxes, the soft tinkling slowly lulling me to sleep.

I woke up in my bed, Seto nowhere in sight. Looking over to my nightstand, my drawing was there, half-finished.

A piece of caramel sat there.
