2 || Nice To Meet You

"My name is Jennie Kim." I quickly said to him. He looked at me with a smile.

"Nice to meet you Jennie Kim." He handed me his hand so I could shake it. Which I did. I smiled at him. We began to talk more and laughed together. We became good friends.

"So, you're saying that you were born in South Korea, but your family moved to New Zealand because of work?" He asked.

"That's exactly what I'm saying." I answered. Before we both knew it, the food cart was here.

"Hello Miss. Do you want kimchi jjigae or fish with chips?" The hostess asked. I could choose between Korean food or just simple food that New Zealand has 'marked' favourite food.

"I'll take... Kimchi jjigae." I said. The hostess handed me my plate with my food on it.

"And for you sir?"

"I'll take the same as my friend here" Jihoon said, pointing at my food. When the hostess looked away to find the same food, I immediately slapped his hands away.

"Don't point at my food! My kimchi jjigae feels insulted!" I said for fun. He laughed at me for straight 15 seconds. It wasn't that funny, but I guess it was for Jihoon.

Jihoon's POV

I laughed for straight 15 seconds, it was quite awkward, and I could see on her face that she was surprised. The hostess handed me my plate with the same food as Jennie and before I could say thanks, the hostess said something first.

"You guys are quite a cute couple!" The hostess smiled widely and kept on walking to the next row of passengers. My face was red, but before it could get any redder than it already was, I heard someone choking! It came from my left, so I looked to my left. And there was Jennie... Chocking on water. I immediately clapped her back, preventing her from choking more than she already was now.

"Argh! Why didn't you say something?" She yelled at me with big eyes.

"What?" I asked in confusion.

"That we're just friends!" She yelled again.

"Are you serious? Jennie, you were chocking because of what the hostess said and you want me to let her know first that we're just friends and let you choke?" I yelled back, almost rapping it. She was just staring at me, then she just laughed.

"W-why are you laughing?" I asked her.

"Because you prioritized me first!" She kept on laughing, her face already turned red and now she couldn't breathe again.

"My god, catch your breath before you talk." I told her. Finally she stopped laughing, catching for breath.

"You're so funny..." She said sliding down a bit on her seat while hitting me on my shoulder.

"Sit up and eat." I demanded her.

"To that I'm gonna obey!" She quickly sit up and began eating. After a full 10 minutes of eating, we finally were done eating. The hostess came back and took our plates with her. Jennie was looking out the window, enjoying the white clouds we were flying through. I decided to ask her a few of questions, just to get to know her more.

Jennie's POV

I stared out of the little window, enjoying the view.

"So, do you have any siblings?" He asked.

"No, I don't have any siblings. But I have Kai and Kuma." I said.

"Who?" He asked again.

"My 2 dogs. Kai and Kuma." I answered. He just put on a 'oh' expression.
