Branch hated his high school. He hated everyone who had judged him. His grey pastel colours are noticed around school for bringing distaste and negativity into the village. But he simply didn't care about what they say or do to him.
"Hiya!" Guy Diamond, his only friend, approached him. His glittery self leaving a shimmering glittery trail.
"I'm not in the mood, leave." Branch declined his friendly hello. Guy Diamond looked a little disappointed at Branch.
"But it's school! We have to catch the cata-bus before we miss anything!" He pulled Branch from his bunker. Grabbing his backpack in the process.
"Get off me." Branch frowned pulling his arm away from Guy Diamond.
"Oh, stop being so grumpy!" Guy Diamond laughed. He reached down and grabbed his bag.
"Come on then!" He shouted for Branch to hurry up.
"Fine, fine..." Branch whispered under his breath. He rushed out his bunker, closing many latches to keep it secure behind him.
Both of the trolls hurried towards the cata-bus stop to catch it to school. They waited a few minutes before the large brightly florescent yellows and crystal blue cata-bus pulled up towards them. The doors whooshed open and the bus driver welcomed the students.
"Race you!" Guy Diamond pushed passed Branch towards two empty seats. Branch rolled his eyes at his childish behaviour.
Branch reached the seat but not before Creek, Branch's number one high school bully, decided to grab The trolls backpack.
"Hey! Give it back!" Branch angrily tried to grab his bag that was in mid air. Creek swung it over his head, pleased with how much control he had over Branch.
"Looser!" Creek laughed, his mates laughing along.
"Just give it back Creek!" Guy Diamond frowned at the trolls actions. Grabbing branch's backpack, he gave it back to his friend.
"No thanks?" Guy Diamond pouted.
"Yeah, whatever" Branched waved it off, not caring.
A few minutes past when the bus came to a stop. A beautiful pink troll guided herself and her friends towards the middle of the bus.
"Wow! I loved those cupcakes you made last night!" Poppy a rose pink troll with glitter on her cheeks complimented her best friend DJ and the two twins.
"Hey, look... it's poppyyy!" Guy Diamond acknowledged her arrival and nudged Branch, mocking his friend.
"And?" Branch looked out towards the window with a sigh.
"You like her!" Guy Diamond teased.
"I do not! Besides she is popular I am not." Branch shook his head.
"Besides she hasn't even noticed me once!" Branch slumped in his seat.
"That can change!" Guy Diamond grinned.
"Nope!" Branch grabbed his backpack and unzipped it. Reaching in his bag he pulled out a couple of sweets to eat.
"Hey! Please can I have one?" Guy Diamond pleaded, reaching his hands out.
Branch signed but gave one to him. Guy diamond giggled and hugged Branch.
"It's my lucky day!" Guy diamond cheered. His booming voice made branch cringe in distaste from the cheery troll.
"No,no,no! Off!" Branch avoided his friends comfort.
And that's how Branch and Guy Diamond started their school day.
