When I was in the lunch line today, Ness ignored me. He's been doing that for a couple of hours now.
I sat beside Toon Link instead of Ness because Ness sat beside Ike and Marth. I'm worried he doesn't love me anymore.
Toon Link peeked over Lucas shoulder. "Whatcha writing about?" He asked. Lucas blushed, closing his Journal. "You're thinking about him aren't you?" Toon Link asked. "Yeah I know. Ever since Ike's Party, everyone's been thinking.....about....you two being together." He said. Lucas' eyes widened. "N-No....I mean....I.....I...." Lucas didn't know what to say.
"Oh jeez what do I say!?"
"Just...tell them the truth."
Lucas gasped softly. "H-How...?" He looked over at Ness. Ness turned to him, he smiled at Lucas. Lucas nodded. "Me and Him.....are in love." He said. Toon Link's eyes widened. He pulled Lucas under the lunchroom table. "B-But there's never been a..... homosexual couple in our school...." He said. Lucas nodded. "I know and..... I'm aware that I'll be the first!" He said triumphantly, bumping his head on the table. Toon Link sighed. "Alright." He said, sitting back down. Lucas did the same. "I'll be the first..." Lucas said to himself.
