I was woken by Lili and greeted her happily,
"morning, sunshine" I beamed. "good night last night". I couldn't feel happier at the thought of her feeling the same way. The past night I spent with her was the best night in a while.
we talked as she wrapped my curls around her finger. Then we got ourselves ready and casually strolled downstairs and into the kitchen holding hands a smiling.
woah, why are you two so happy?" Cami asked, "I see you both grinning from ear to ear" she winked.
"no reason" I replied, smirking at lili, having throwbacks to the night before, And our little late night spoon.
"hm okay" Cami sighed curiously whilst walking towards Lili.
"he's a keeper" she whispered in Lili's ear, trying not to let me here.
"sure seems like it" she whispered back.
"I can hear you" I announced. I walked over to the coffee machine to make some coffee for Lili and I whilst she and Cami talked.
"This is for you" I chimed, handing the mug of bittersweet coffee to her.
Lili's pov
Cami and I perched on stools in kitchen and talked.
"so.. what happened last night?" she asked.
"stuff" I replied.
"ooo what stuff, tell me the details"
"we sat down on the roof top and admired the sunset, our eyes stared deep into one another's and..." I paused.
"....and?" she muttered.
"a match was lit" I continued, smiling.
