Second Meeting

I had a coffee after my work as teacher. It was pretty since it was winter but still the sun that shined on my face kinda warmed me up. I was on my way home hoping that I would have missed the annoying call from my father if I finally found a partner. I sat down on a bench finishing my coffee and throwing the cup away in a bin that was standing next to me. It had a weird reddish color but I didn't pay more attention to that. I was now thinking if I should write a surprise test in my class to make them maybe want to learn a bit more which probably wouldn't even work. I rolled my eyes looking at my phone "6:48 pm.." I mumbled quietly putting it away again to look now at the sunset. Those colors had been so beautiful a mix out of pink, red, purple and yellow. My eyes sparkled a bit at that beauty but I had to go back to my apartment that was still one hour away from the current location I was on. I stood up heading back it was dangerous to go alone in the dark since that was the time when ghouls would attack. I hurried a little the way I was walking on was left by every single human soul. I began to suddenly feel strange like someone was watching me but I didn't dare to look back that was the worst thing you could ever do in a situation like this. I walked a little faster getting attacked from the side. I was being pushed in a dark street laying now in the cold snow. My body began to tremble trying to push the person away that was on me but it didn't take long as I began to scream in pain. My leg has been wounded from him my warm blood slowly mixing with the snow "Why are you so alone? Isn't it to late for you?" He asked his warm breath hitting now my cheeks. I only looked at the wall being way to scared and answer as I started to tear up I heard another person's footsteps. The ghoul that was on me got kicked to the side and killed very quickly. I pushed myself away looking shocked at the scenario the guy that saved me was wearing a mask and that was the only thing I could see. He quickly ran away leaving me like that. "What was that just now?" I was sitting there for a couple minutes until I finally called an ambulance being brought into a hospital after some minutes my wound being treaten but I had to stay there for three days. One thing couldn't get out of my head and that was the guy with the mask.
