After a while of searching Sera became very overwhelmed of the situation she was in. It was about midnight and she still hasn't found a way back to the treehouse yet. Sera started feeling very tired and sleepy but she forced herself to stay awake to keep on looking.
At the treehouse
Everyone was asleep except for Yamato, he was really worried and couldn't sleep. He kept calling Sera on the champion symbol but Sera didn't pick up. He was deciding to go search for her but it would take ages to find her since he's not in contact with her. As the sun rose up, Yamato was trying to stay awake because he was coming up with a plan.
"Good morning!" Leo shouted.
Leo saw Yamato at the table asleep.
"How did he end up sleeping there?" Leo wondered but got over it.
Leo decided to leave so he wouldn't disturb Yamato sleeping.
Sera woke back up and saw she was in a familiar place. It was a part of the forest that leads to the treehouse. Sera kept running down the path and finally reached the treehouse.
"What will happen if everyone spotted me?" Sera thought but decided to casually enter.
Yamato woke up to the creak of the door.
"Sera? Where have you've been? I tried to call you but you didn't pick up."
"I was taking a walk and got lost." Sera said in her serious tone again.
Sera tried to walk to the kitchen but Yamato grabbed her wrist.
"Sera, you've been acting strangely these past few days, what's going on?" Yamato said in a determined voice since he wants an answer.
Sera pushed Yamato's hand back.
"I wasn't feeling well that's-" Sera got interrupted.
"You're lying aren't you? Sera tell me the truth please."
Tears started to form in Sera's eyes and then rolled down her cheek. Yamato didn't want to see her like this so he went up to her and gave her a warm hug.
"I'm sorry, it's just hard to handle this." Sera said between sniffles.
"Tell me, I can't help you if you don't tell me what's going on." Yamato pulled back from the hug and put his hands on Sera's shoulders.
"It's because-
