Chapter 2. Training Problems

  

Y/N's P.O.V

    I was waiting with the others as Ninja Boy was training.

I glared at him, which he gladly didn't take notice to. I was standing by Raven when I heard Jaime complain,"He hasn't stopped for a hour and a half." He crossed his arms. I nodded as I was about to say something, but my own head told me not to. Starfire then walked up and said,"Damian, it's time to let the others have a turn."

     "Yes please." I angrily spat. Raven put her hand on my shoulder reassuringly, in her best way to calm me down.

    "I'm not finished." He said slicing through the ninja holograms. He then was about to train some more, but that was until Jaime turned it off. I smirked and watched him, "Gee, how'd that happen?" Jaime said sarcastically with a smirk decorated on his face.

    Damian glared at him then threw a batarang at Jaime. Jaime's suit shot at it as the batarang hit the floor with a clank.

I stared at Damian wide eyes, not in utter fear but just in shock. But Damaim still ignored me. "What the hell?" Jaime yelled, frailing his arms around while murmuring a few Spanish curses.

"Hmph, I heard your tech was fast. I wanted to see how fast." Damian bluntly stated with a smug look. Jaime then walked up to Damian, standing his ground, then threatened,"Don't mess with us, little man."

      Damian pulled out his sword and got into a fighting stand as Starfire flew in between them and cautiously spoke,"All right. I can see we are getting off on the, wrong foot." She looked at them sympathetically and continued,"Damian this is a team effort. We need to be willing to accommodate others."

Damian glared at her and harshly spoke,"Nightwing said you were princess." He put his sword up and continued,"Exiled, no doubt." I was about to walk up to him when Raven held me back. Starfire then spoke with slight irritation, "Technically, it was coup. And like it or not, I am the leader of this group."

      "As I see it, your an alien with nowhere else to go." Damian shouted. I ripped out of Raven's grip as she followed. I walked up to him and spat,"Everyone needs a home, Damian. Including you." He crossed his arms stating,"Thank you for chiming in, magic girl." I glared at him with daggers and crossed my arms.

  "We are only here to help realize your potential." Starfire informed him. "You've been here long enough. When do you think you will realize yours?" Damian sassed back as he walked away.

    "Dude, you need to show some respect." Jaime said as he placed his hand on Damian's shoulder. Damian then grabbed his hand flipped Jaime over his back, then he kneed him in the abdomen, and joyfully kicked him. Jaime then flew back from the kick and hit the wall. "Oh, no..." I murmured frightened and took a couple steps backwards, as did Raven.

Jaime's suit then fully covered his face as his arms turned into swords. Damian then pulled out his sword and spat,"Ready when you are." Jaime growled and they both ran towards each other at full speeds.

Damian's P.O.V

   We both charged at each other. Everyone backed away from us. Starfire tried to stop us, but she failed miserably. My sword clanked against his as we both glared at each other. We switched sides. I got in my fighting stance as did he. I charged at him, I tried to stab his shoulder but he dodged. He then tried hitting me, but I blocked them with my sword. He tried slicing my stomach but I jumped backwards

   I then growled and charged at him, our swords against each other. I then spat to him sarcastically,"Who's fighting me, you or the bug?" He smirked, "You better hope it's me." Jaime replied.

    Our swords weren't together anymore. We both backed away from each other and charged again. He tried to hit my head with his sword, but I blocked it with my sword. I then pushed him back and charged at him. Our swords were touching again. He then twisted around in a circle,  I ducked so his swords didn't hit me. He swung again I jumped over his sword. Both of our swords were against each other. I heard something growl, blue things came towards me, I did a backwards somersault to dodge them. I threw batarangs at him, they exploded on him and flew him against the wall in a loud,

BANG.

     I then walked over to him. I looked down at him and said,"That's the difference between me and you." I stared down at his poor shape and continued," You wear a weapon. I am a weapon." Jaime was groaning as he slowly got up and yelled,"No!" I looked at him surprised as he was about to shoot this blue beam at me. I expected impact, but it didn't come. Instead Y/N was in front of me as she laid on the ground with a half burnt face. Jaime got up and was beside her and looked worried. "She just saved my life," I thought and continued, "She risked herself for me." 

   "Y/N!! I'm so sorry!" Jaime yelled as everyone ran over to her. Raven held her in her lap and chanted,"By the powers of Azarath, I beseech you. Azarath, metrion, zinthos." Y/N's face was healed as she slowly opened her eyes and groaned. Y/N's eyes burned a bright crimson as they went back to her normal beautiful color. Beautiful? Damian what are you thinking?! Stop,  you have no time for love , I thought.

    Raven then fell onto Starfire. "We need to get her back to her room." Starfire commanded. As Beast Boy turned into a gorilla and carried Raven away. Y/N slowly got up and asked,"What happened...?"

    "Raven healed you. We have to tend to her now." Starfire said as her and Jaime walked away.

     Y/N nodded and turned towards me and smiled then she started to walk away, until I grabbed her wrist. She looked at me questioningly. But that amazing smile took me back. "I, uh, -" I couldn't find the words so I let go of her wrist. She was beautiful, she just giggled and walked away. As I stared there lost in my thoughts.

Do I like her? I can't. I will not. I cannot show my emotions. I am strong.

Y/N's P.O.V

**LATER THAT NIGHT**

   I sat on my bed and fell asleep. I started to have nightmares, seeing images of the future.

**IN DREAM**

       I was flying above the city. The city was burning, as I created floating burning lands. Some thing were floating around, as in no gravity. People were screaming so I would turn them to stone and break them into pieces. I gave everyone visions of their fears. They all screamed. All you heard were screaming of fear. The Teen Titans lay asleep in fear. I knew death was near for them. I laughed evilly as I knew this Earth would be mine.

**OUT OF DREAM**

        I felt someone shaking me so I opened my eyes and saw Raven leaning over me as Damian was sitting beside me on my bed. I looked around curiously and said,"W-What happened?" They all looked at each other than at me. Raven then spoke,"You created no gravity in the tower. So it was kinda hard to get here, I guess," She paused as I looked at everyone and they were sleepy, but slightly shaken up," The tower was floating as well." I stared at them then at my hands as I my eyes got teary. Raven moved over as Starfire held me as I broke out crying onto her. The others left except Damian, who gave me a light smile and walked out.

    I  cried myself to sleep that night. Wondering what was gonna happen to me and everyone. Including the universe.
