Why did I let him get to me?How could Carlos get to me even after I've been constantly trying to get him out of my mind?How could I show him that I was weak?No!I need to snap out of this.I can't be weak.I need to be me.The VK me.Not the...the part that knows deep inside I somehow still...care about Carlos.Or Jay.There part of my past as much as I'm part of their past.

"Well,well looks who's here,"Harry Hook enters the room.

"Really I didn't know there was someone here.I mean all I see is dirt,"I look at Harry dead in the eyes."Although I didn't know you were made out of rocks and soil,"

"You think your so tough lassie?"Harry looks at me."What was that little scene there with one of them?"

Crap.He saw that?

"None of your business unless you want you hook to be taken.Although I'm not saying it could taken now maybe with in a few minutes.A few hours.You never know I mean it's the Isle of the Lost.Anything can get stolen,"I make a little circle around Harry.

"Well played lassie.But I'm sure you wouldn't want everyone to hear about you and...Carlos,"says Harry.

"Go ahead,"I snicker."I was just using him to get to the wand.So if you go tell have fun.But I wouldn't forget about my precious hook if I were you,"I kick Harry in the shin and stomach before leaving.

People are starting to doubt that I'm a VK.This is not good.When your not considered a VK on the Isle it's dangerous.God I hope I didn't mess things up with Carlos or the others.

Carlos' POV:

"Carlos why did you stay back?"asks Jay.

"I was checking to see how Nessa was doing,"I half lie.

True I wanted to see how Nessa was doing but I also wanted her to come back with us.I miss her.I miss...our relationship on the Isle.I miss meeting her at the garage just so we could be together.

"Welcome to Auradon Dizzy,"says Mal.

"This is Auradon?"asks Dizzy."It looks beautiful!"

"Come on let's get you settled,"Evie opens the limo door.

So Dizzy,Mal,and Evie all go to the girls dorms.Meanwhile I walk with Jay to ours.

"Hey Jay do you ever think about bringing Nessa to Auradon?"I ask.

"Of course I do Carlos,"Jay sighs."She's my little sister.I need to know whether or not she's safe at all times.Let alone if she's okay,"

"Oh.Maybe we can talk to Ben about it,"I say.

"Yeah.But do you really think she'll like it here?"asks Jay.

"What are you talking about?"I look at Jay.

"I mean...Nessa.We all know what went down when we were all there.She practically flipped.Heck she even said she belongs on the Isle.Sometimes when she commits to something she means it.But I feel like going to Auradon is the best thing for her,"says Jay.

"Well,your her big brother.And you'll always know what to do when it comes to Nessa because you have her best interests at heart,"I say.

"Let's go find Ben!"Jay claps my back.

Nessa why did you deny the chance to go to Auradon?Was it me?Was it Jay?Was it Mal,Evie,or Dizzy?Your still the girl I remember from our times on the Isle.Your the girl i could always go to when I was really bothered about my life.The girl that could always put me in a better mood.The girl that always made me feel like anything in the world is possible.The girl I asked to cotillion after I saw her when we were trying to rescue Ben.

FLASHBACK***

I was walking around the Isle since Evie,Jay,and I split up.So I passed Jay and Nessa's place.I was ready to give up.But I came back to the garage area to find Nessa.

"Nessa?"I look deep into the shadows.

"Carlos,"Nessa jumps to her two feet."What are you doing here?Its not safe,"

"Um...Jay,Evie,and I are trying to find the king,"I say.

"Did you check if he's on the boat?Or with Harry Hook and Gil?"Nessa steps out of the shadows and into the light.

"No.I-I honestly can't say I didn't,"I nervously laugh.

"Well,a little word of advice he might be with them.Especially since Gil and Harry are Uma's henchmen,"a small mischievous grin forms across Nessa's lips.

"Thanks,"i mutter.

"Good luck finding the king.If there I can do anything to help...you know how to call for it,"says Nessa."I should get going,"

"Wait,Nessa,"I hold her back by the wrist."T-there's this event tonight.A cotillion to be exact.And I was wondering...if you wanted to come back to Auradon and be my...date,"

"I can't Carlos.Your king/friend is missing.You have a lot more to worry about than who's going to be your date to this cotillion.Besides I'm sure Jay wouldn't like it if we went together and found out you brought me back there,"Nessa puts her free hand in her back pocket of her jeans.

"Jay,doesn't have to know...we're not friends,"I say.

"That's sweet Carlos.Really.But you should get going,"Nessa walks away.

"Carlos!"I feel someone's hand hit my chest.

"Huh?What?"I look at my surroundings.

Oh we're in the castle.Wait in Ben's office.

"Carlos is everything okay?"asks Ben.

"Yeah.Sorry.What we're talking about?"I ask.

"We haven't talked about anything yet,"responds Ben.

"Um.Jay and I think we know someone from the Isle would could come here,"I say.

"Really?Who is it?"asks Ben.

"My sister,"responds Jay.

"Jafar has two kids?"Ben widens his eyes.

"Yeah.Jay and Janessa.Well,Nessa,"I nod my head.

"But the thing is if we do bring Nessa here...she might...retaliate.She doesn't have a good tendency to react well to things she doesn't want,"says Jay.

"Well,we never know until we bring Nessa to Auradon.So I think we should send out the...invite and wait a few days to come and get her,"explains Ben.

"Oh.That won't be necessary.Nessa always rips something up before anyone can even read it,"says Jay.

Yeah.Kinda like my heart.

"What should we do then?"asks Ben.

"Leave it to me.Im her big brother she'll have to deal with me,"responds Jay.

"Are you sure that's the best solution?"asks Ben.

"Of course I am,"says Jay.

"Alright.Well,I'll let you keep the limo keys until you pick up Nessa and you can return them to me when your done,"says Ben.

"Alright thanks Ben,"Jay and I say before we walk out of the office.

"Do you really think Nessa will be okay with us just barging in and taking her?"I glance at Jay.

"Well,we won't necessarily do that unless she doesn't want to,"says Jay.

"So we're forcing her to do something,"I say.

"No.We're protecting her,"says Jay.

"Okay,"I mutter.
