Shiny Confessions

"Yeah.I-I was just with him a few minutes ago,"I say.
"Sorry Nessa.I might've forgotten to say Evie would be coming over to work on some stuff,"apologizes Dizzy.
"Don't be,"I sigh.
"So you were with him,"Evie closes the door.
"Yeah.I just said I was a few seconds ago,"I shake my head.
"Nessa,don't play dumb with me.I can always go to Carlos and ask,"Evie sits on my bed.
"You wouldn't dare,"I say.
"I will if you don't tell me,"says Evie.
"Fine.We were...sorta...kinda...together on the Isle,"I confess.
"This is so cute!"squeals Evie."Wait...how did you two even date on the Isle?"
"They met up with each other at the garage,"Dizzy speaks up.
"That's so cute,"gushes Evie.
"Yeah.It was cute,"I say."But I broke it off,"
"What?When?"asks Dizzy.
"The day before they all came to Auradon,"I sigh.
"But why?"pouts Evie.
"I knew you guys were going.Dr.Faciles daughter told me,"I say.
"I have to say that girl can get around,"Evie nods her head.
"Tell me about it,"Dizzy and I agree.
After a few minutes of talking I doze off.Well,more like just stare at the wall.I mean Dizzy and Evie are talking about fashion which doesn't really appeal to me.So I go to Jay and Carlos' dorm.I just hope I go in the right dorm.I mean I get I just got here but I literally opened a few doors that wasn't the dorm I was looking for.Within a few more steps I hear Carlos' voice so I step into the dorm.Then I launch myself at Jay's bed or Carlos' bed.I really don't care since they both disrupted my sleep.Well more like Jay did.Carlos just kinda stood there.
"Nessa,I was here first,"Jay tries to push me off his bed.
"Too bad.Now move your fat butt because the last time I checked your the one who disrupted my sleep,"I roll in the bed.
"In my defence Carlos was there,"says Jay.
"Yeah.But he didn't interrupt my sleep,"I go under the covers.
"She's got you there,"says an unknown voice.
"Who was that?"I sit up.
"It's me,"I see a dog speak making me scream in the process.
"And I thought I was scared of dogs,"Carlos lightly chuckles.
"What?D-did that dog just t-talk?"I stutter.
"Yeah,"answers the dog."I know I'm amazing,"
"I haven't even been here for more than a day and I'm already wanting to crawl back into the caves of the Isle,"I say.
"Do you have bacon?"asks the dog.
"No,"I shake my head."wait a minute.Werent you the dog at the dock?"
"Yeah.Dude here had some of Mal's truth gummy.So it wasn't really the wand,"says Jay.
"But that wand was fake,"I say.
"Yeah the real one is at the museum,"says Jay.
"Good to know,"I mumble.
I could always just go get the wand now.No.That would be to...predictable.I need to wait at least a week.But then again...it wouldn't hurt to see this museum.I'll have to walk around later to find out where the place is.
"Nessa,"I hear Jay call my name.
"What?"I look at Jay.
"Are you okay?"asks Jay.
"I'm fine,"I mutter.
"Okay.Um you can chill here with Carlos,"Jay stands up.
"Why?Where are you going?Take me with you,"I reach my hand out dramatically.
"I highly doubt you'd want to hangout with a bunch of princes,"says Jay.
"Okay night!"I say before I fall into a deep sleep.
Carlos' POV:
"Why don't you talk to her?"asks Dude.
"I-i can't,"I sit on my bed.
"Of course you can.You just have to man up and say something,"says Dude.
"She's mad at me,"I sigh.
"No she isn't,"argues Dude.
"Yes she is,"I argue back."Nessa,completely ignored me just now.Not to mention she practically yelled at me yesterday and today,"I look at Nessa.
She looks so cute when she sleeps.
This kinda reminds me when we slept over at my place.
FLASHBACK**
I was sleeping.It seemed late.Well,that and I really didn't want to deal with my mother.
"Psstt Carlos,"I hear a faint voice.
I look around my room.I don't see anyone that is until my eyes land on a figure next to me in the secret hole.Im about to scream but the figure puts a hand over my mouth.
"Relax Carlos.Its me,"whispers Nessa."Sorry if I scared you,"
"N-no don't be,"I turn to my side and face Nessa who's already lying down on her side.
"I take it was a tough day with Curella,"Nessa runs her hands through my hair.
"No kidding.She literally made me do the same thing over and over until I finally did it right.Its like I'm not even her son.Im her pet,"I frown.
"Villians love,"breathes Nessa.
"Yeah.I think the only love I'll ever get is from that stuffed dog of hers,"I scoff.
"Don't say that Carlos.I care about you,"Nessa puts her hand on the mattress.
"And that's all I'll ever need,"I put my hand on hers before I hear Nessa sharply inhale."Nessa?"
"I'm fine,"Nessa says.
"Did you get hurt again?"I frown.
"Don't even worry about it Carlos.It'll heal,"Nessa squeezes my hand.
"To bad we're not in Auradon,"I say,"I've kinda wondered what I would be like.Y'know with you,me,Jay,Evie,Mal,and Dizzy.No parents.Just...just us,"
"Yeah.Maybe but I highly doubt that would happen.Unless somehow King Beast has a change of heart,"says Nessa."
"Are you...crying?"I move closer to Nessa,practically holding her in my arms.
"N-no.O-of course not that's ridiculous,"Nessa hyperventilates.
"Nessa,what wrongs?"I rest my head on hers.
"Sometimes I wonder...No.Its stupid,"Nessa wipes her tears.
"Nothing's stupid,"I say.
"Sometimes I wonder what it would be like...to escape.Go to an alternate universe where it's peaceful-"
"Nessa,have you been thinking about leaving?Forever?"I widen my eyes.
"Why not?Its the easiest things.All you have to do is ask Hades,"i start to feel Nessa's tears soaking my shirt.
"Why?"I run circles on her back.
"The Isle.Its too much Carlos.Its like being demolished.So once you've been demolished enough the only way to go is to the ground,"Nessa backs away from me.
"Hey.Its okay,"I wipe Nessa's tears."We'll be each other's sunshine,"
"I like the sound of that,"Nessa smiles abit which is rare for a villian kid.But Nessa isn't a villian kid.Shes the light in my world.And I know we'll help each other thrive.

months Nessa?Did you still see the sunshine even when I wasn't there?
Nessa's POV:
Is it bad thing that I'm actually not sleeping and I'm just thinking?I tried falling asleep which probably only lasted a few minutes.Well,it seems like a few minutes.The worst part is I'm thinking about...Carlos and I when we were on the Isle.We always had amazing times together.We slept over at each other's place so many times in secret.I remember there was this one time I wanted to...go away...forever.But I didn't because Carlos was being the sunshine.
"Your not really sleeping are you?"Carlos speaks up.
"For a few minutes I was.But I woke up not to long ago,"I say.
"Nessa,did you ever...see clouds on the Isle?"asks Carlos.
"Honestly,I saw a mixture,"I sigh.
"You never-"
"No Carlos.I never had a thought like that once you left,"I sit up.
"That's good,"says Carlos."Right?"
"Yes and no,"I stand up.
"What?"Carlos jumps off his bed.
"Just-just leave it.Forget I said anything,"I walk towards the door before Carlos gently pulls me back by the wrist.
"Nessa,i can't forget.I don't want to forget...us,"Carlos faces me.
"Then what are we suppose to do?"I glance down at my shoes.
"We,"Carlos puts a hand under my chin and moves so I can look at him."We can be us.The us that...was involved in each other's lives,"
No!What are you doing Nessa?Are you insane?I've barely even been here for a few hours and I'm already turning all prissy pink princess.This isn't part of the plan.It never was.But I could use him to get to the wand.No!I can't hurt Carlos like that.I won't.
"I'm sorry Carlos,"I say in a whisper before running out the dorm.
