Chapter 1

Spinning and jumping was pretty much all we did as four year olds at dance. But now as we get older of course it gets more complicated. I remember being excited for barre. Now it's an every day thing. As a dancer now, I am concentrated on competitions and improving my mistakes. I was never thinking about other dancers, just me. Until I met two girls who made me better.

For my first dance my teacher Ms. Barbara had everyone pick from a hat to get a group. I had to do a ballet trio with two girls I barely knew. Their names are Olivia and Brianna. I had never noticed until then how great they are at dance. Or how nice they are.

Don't sickle! Leg higher! Turn out! These are the some of the things I am constantly thinking. It's a lot to think about. Sometimes I don't know how I remember school stuff and dance stuff.
