Chapter 11

It was competition day! The most exciting day when you are a dancer! Full on makeup and hairspray! I was in four dances! Ballet, tap, jazz, and my solo! Britney(ewe!), Maggie, and Olivia did solos too! We were all in the same dances.

We had the group ballet dance first. I think we nailed it but someone made a slight mistake but I don't think the judges noticed! Next, we performed our jazz dance. We NAILED it! We were all so proud of each other! When we got back, we had to get ready for our tap dance! The tap is TONS of fun. Honestly I was a little nervous but it was SUPER fun one we got onto the stage! We nailed that one too! Next, it was time for my solo. All eyes on me. Judges staring me down! One looked at me like I smelled or something and this other judge was so perky! It was funny! When I was dancing I saw Livi and Mags in the audience cheering me on. Britney was scowling because she knew I was gonna beat her. Well, maybe not, I dunno. But she was scowling! It wasn't nice! Well, when I got off the stage everyone was proud of me. I was proud of Livi and Mags too! Obviously! I couldn't wait for the award ceremony!
