Raf's New Family :: Rewriting::

Surprise?

Read the end, I have a surprise for you readers.

Narrator POV

AirRazor has been gone for a few months on a mission. StormBlazer ended up staying with Ratchet while his other half was out of the house. Megatron has also been busy. Reports of Starscream near Cybertron has gotten the attention of the two leaders and has become top priority to take him out.

"Ratchet, AirRazor is supposed to be coming back today.", StormBlazer smiled at Ratchet, "Here, let me take her. You go get some rest."

Ratchet nodded, grateful that he has someone here to help him take care of his new sparkling. He couldn't wait until AirRazor returned home to meet her. StormBlazer sat down  on the couch with the sparkling in her lap and soon fell into recharge.

AirRazor POV

I sighed as the ship landed back on Cybertron. I couldn't wait to see Ratchet. It's been four months.

"Great job out there, AirRazor.", My commander smiled, I nodded my thanks and transformed.

I drove home and transformed once more. I was so thrilled to be home. I opened the door and froze in my tracks. StormBlazer was recharging on the couch with a sparkling in her arms. I headed upstairs to my berthroom. When I walked in, Ratchet started to slowly wake up.

"AirRazor?", he asked.

"Hey, Doc. How have you been?", I asked.

"Tired these past few weeks.", he answered.

"Tired?", I questioned, "How come?"

His face brightened immediately, "Come on, I'll show you."

I set my stuff down and followed Ratchet back downstairs. He quietly walked over to StormBlazer and took the sparkling from her grasp. He walked back over to me.

"Who's this?", I asked as Ratchet handed the sparkling to me.

"This is StarGaze. She's our sparkling.", he answered, my optics widened as I looked back and fourth from my mate to the sparkling in my servos, "I thought you'd be thrilled to meet her once you returned. Surprise?"

"Oh, Ratchet.", I hugged the mech with my free arm and gave him a gentle kiss.

"StormBlazer has been helping me take care of her. The femme is a natural at taking care of sparklings.", Ratchet smiled, I smiled back and the three of us went to berth as one small happy family.

Okay, so THIS is the final chapter. I figured I had better end on a good note instead of stopping at the previous chapter. So, throughout the book, Raf got adopted and soon formed a bond with Ratchet over their love of science and the medical field. Prowl got his daughters back and introduced them to their nephew and nieces.

Raf decided that he and his sisters would be Cybertronians though Raf soonlearned he was born a Cybertronian and that Bumblebee and Ashley were his true creators. He got to meet Optimus' family and bonded with Ratchet shortly after.

The two mates were thrilled when the war ended and when Cybertron was revived. Megatron soon became a good friend of theirs. They had almost forgotten he was the one that lead Cybertron to it's demise. Almost. The former gladiator had gone into a coma after attempting to save StormBlazer's sibling, Optimus' youngest daughter.

Four months later, the mech was back on his feet and out on missions with AirRazor and Optimus while Megatron's mate stayed back and took care of Ratchet and his new sparkling. A lot has changed since the beginning of the book.
