Raf's New Family :: Rewriting::

Reunited

Jack and Miko stayed in class. They wanted time to figure everything out.

"So, what did Ratchet tell you about bots that can hear each other through the mind?", Miko asked.

"He hasn't said anything. I haven't asked him.", Jack said as the teacher walked in.

"Jack, Miko, I'm locking the classroom up. You know what that means.", the teacher said and the two kids left the room and headed to the lunchroom.

"Maybe Raf knows.", Miko suggested as they entered the lunchroom.

The pair walked over to a table and spotted Raf.

"Hey, Raf. Miko and I were wondering, do you know how someone can hear someone but other people can't?", Jack asked.

"You mean like when Ratchet and I talk but no one can hear us?", Raf asked.

"Yeah.", Miko nodded.

"It's a bond. Bumblebee and Ashley share a bond, so do my sisters. When your family and your a Cybertronian, you can hear someone else and feel someone else's emotions.", Raf explained.

"Cool.", Miko smiled and looked over at Jack.

The bell rang signaling lunch was over. Raf walked to his class while Jack and Miko walked to their next class.

"So, we're family.", Jack concluded.

"Yeah. Too bad that's all we know.", Miko sighed.

-end of school-

"Arcee, if you knew someone was part of your family, how would you find out if they are your siblings or not?", Jack asked as the pair headed to base, Miko had gotten picked up by Bulkhead.

"Well, you could go into your processor and go through your memories, you could try to access the bond which would tell you if it's a sibling or parental unit, or just have Ratchet do a scan.", Arcee answered, "Is this about what happened this morning with Miko?"

"Yeah.", Jack nodded as the two pulled into the base.

Miko got out of Bulkhead and Jack got off Arcee.

"What'd you find out? Bulkhead wasn't much help.", Miko smiled.

"We need to ask Ratchet to do a scan on us.", Jack said, Miko nodded.

The two walked into the medbay and spotted Ratchet.

"Hey, Ratch, can you do a scan on Jack and I?", Miko asked.

Ratchet scanned the two without a word and looked at us.

"You're cybertronians.", Ratchet said, amazed, "You're twins and Optimus.....is...your...sire."

"Whoa.", Miko grinned, "What about our mom, carrier, or whatever."

"Elita. She's deceased.", Ratchet explained.

"No, I'm not.", June said, walking into the room.

"Mom?", Jack asked. 

"Elita?", Ratchet asked, June nodded. 

Optimus walked out into the main room to see if he could find any relics. It would keep his family off his mind for a few minutes. After all, he has to bring his A-game. He stopped decoding when he felt two pairs of arms attempt to wrap themselves around his ankle.

Jack and Miko smiled at their sire. Optimus picked the two up and set them on his shoulder. Bulkhead and Arcee, having been filled in on the situation, smiled at the sight of Optimus and his twins.

"Ready?", Arcee asked Elita.

"I am.", Elita smiled, "Thank you guys for taking care of my twins."

"Our pleasure.", Bulkhead set a servo on Elita shoulder.

Elita walked over to Optimus and wrapped her arms around his torso. Optimus turned around and his optics widened. There, in front of him, stood his mate, Elita. The twins grinned.

"Happy creation day, sire.", they whispered.

Optimus stood frozen in shock. His entire family stood next to him. He was with his twins on a daily basis and didn't realize it. His mate visited every once in a while and he never realized the love and lust in her optics when she looked at him.

The twins jumped down as two 2017 Lamborghini Aventadors drove in. One grey, white, and blue, the other, purple, pink, and blue. The holoform disengaged and the two bots transformed. They immediately hugged Optimus.

"Whoa! Am I seeing double or something?", AirRazor asked when he walked in with Bee and Ashley.

"Raf!", the twins yell and run over to him.

"It's AirRazor. Wait, Jack? Miko?", AirRazor grinned.

"Yep. My real name is SilverStar and Jack's real name is ShadowBlade. ShadowBlade here can fight easily in the dark, his blade is even black. I used to be in a band back on Cybertron called-", Miko got cut off by Raf's excited voice.

"The Slash?", Raf asked, Miko nodded, "I love that band! Between the two of us, I wanted to take Ratchet to a concert but I never got to."

"As soon as Cybertron is revived, I'll see if my old band buddies are alive and we'll do a private concert at your place. Or I can give you backstage passes when we have the stage rebuilt.", Miko smiled.

"I'm sure he'd love that.", AirRazor smiled back.

Miko frowned, "I know one is alive. I just can't believe he joined the cons. He is a really good guitar player."

"Who?", AirRazor asked, knowing a few of the band members.

"Soundwave. He's the only one of us that turned against Cybertron.", Miko answered.

"I'm sure it's for a good reason.", AirRazor said, "I've got to head to the medbay. I have a checkup then Ratchet and I are going to go through protocol. It's been a while since I've done work in a medbay."

AirRazor walked off and followed Ratchet to the medbay. Miko smiled. Everyone is back to normal and things are getting better. Things are finally looking up.
