Arieth's pov
"And that... is how you do a wing." I put down my liquid eyeliner and batted my eyes for the camera.
"Little Mermaid cosmetics will be released next week! So keep your eyes open! Thanks for watching and don't forget to hit that subscribe button!"
I ended the YouTube tutorial then posted it to my channel.
Instantly thousands of comments popped up on my screen.
Great job!

So excited for your cosmetic line!Logging off my Apple computer I went over to my mirror that could easily fit 10 people standing side by side.
Flicking on the lights I checked my wing that I had just done. It was just a simple wing with no other makeup. I picked a sea green and applied eyeshadow and glitter. Then blended it to make a perfect smokey ocean, glittering in the morning sun.
I flipped my perfectly curled brown hair over my shoulder and stuck a sparkling, black bird hairclip into the right side of my head. It kept my hair out of my eye and let the left side hang down in perfect ringlets.
Going to my huge walk-in-closet, I picked out a sea green over-the-shoulder shirt and a pair of black skinny jeans. I plugged in the latest iPhone model to my surround sound stereo.
Which had speakers all over my room. (And some fantastic base if I do say so myself) a second later my speakers were blasting with Megan Trainor's Wanna Be Me Too.
For about ten minutes I was stumbling around my room struggling to get my skinny jeans on while dancing to my favorite song.
After I finally managed to slip them on I shut off my stereo, checked my appearance one last time, then took off towards breakfast.
After running down 4 flights of stairs, 15 different hallways, and falling down twice on slippery floors, I finally made it to our balcony. Which, despite the four flights of stairs, was still three stories from the ground.
Sometimes I cursed this oversized mansion of ours that rests in sunny Florida.
Breathing heavily from the run, I walked through the white tule curtains that were gently blowing in the breeze.
I pulled out a white lawn chair that my mother had bought from some old billionaire a couple weeks before. She insisted there were none like them on the face of the earth.
I took a seat beside my mother and across from my father who was reading the paper.
"Goodness child, did you run all the way here?" My mother asked placing her coffee delicately on a white saucer. I nodded and she rolled her eyes. "Walk next time, you could pull something."
She took a sip of coffee and her red lipstick left a smudge on the rim. Which she wiped off.
"I thought I told you not to blare your stereo in the mornings." My father said not looking up from his paper.
"How did you know I was blaring it?" I asked, spreading jelly on my toast. "Its not like you could hear it all the way over here."
"One of the kitchen staff brought it to my attention."
"Now your having the help spy on me?" I accused.
"Mind your father Arieth. We have neighbors that don't like to wake up to your noise." Mother said crossing her legs.
"Our yard is a mile long, Mother. In four different directions." I pointed out to her.
She lifted her coffee to her lips and stared out across the yard. "Oh yes..." She said quietly, like she'd forgotten.
