One of Gaga's not so successful singles, dance in the dark has a very good meaning behind it. Dancing in the dark might seem literal to some people but it is really about celebrities dying because of fame. Gaga mentions Marilyn Monroe, Judy Garland, Sylvia Plath and Jon Benet Ramsay who, in her opinion have dies as a result of being exposed to the public eye.
