Yoongi
We were released within the day. It still took a while, it was almost midnight, but it was faster than expected.
Actually it wasn't expected at all.
But it happened.
Taehyung and Hoseok were taken in as well, but they released Taehyung almost three hours before us. Hoseok was released and hour before I was, and Ji and me... we were released last, together.
Jeoneo's trial is in three days.
The verdict, we were told, was almost certain: 4 years in prison, or 8 years of "community service".
That was just for the abuse.
There were, of course, additional charges - lying, locking her in, aggravated assault. The final sentence, in cases like this, was usually around 8-12 years, depending on the judge.
I sincerely hoped it was 12.
Hoseok and Taehyung were waiting for us outside the station, holding a coffee in both hands, each.
It was almost cute, though, what they were doing. Tae was holding coffees for for both Ji and me, and so Hoseok ended up holding Taehyung's - and feeding it to him.
"Aw, look!" Ji pointed at them from where we stood, since they couldn't see us yet.
I smiled. "It's not the first time I've seen it."
Her eyes went wide. "Are they - you know -?" She asked, waving her hands in the air in a way that really symbolized nothing.
"Nope."
"What? Seriously?"
"Not yet, anyways."
She giggled. We stood there for almost a minute more, just watching them.
It was nice to know that not all relationships went the same way.
