Friends, Reading, Writing, and Music The Road I Took Part 4

My friends and I

Enjoy reading.

We also enjoy

Writing,

Listening to music,

And having fun.

We listen to Hamilton,

In The Heights,

Wicked,

Disney,

And sing and dance.

We write, bouncing ideas off each other,

Getting excited over them,

Talking them over

And writing new books

And fanfictions.

We read Harry Potter,

Percy Jackson,

Maze Runner,

Mortal Instruments,

Magnus Chase,

Kane Chronicles,

Divergent,

Hunger Games,

And so many more,

All while screaming

And crying

Over our favorite characters.

We disappear into our own world,

Kailey, Kali, Bree and I.

The world could explode,

And we wouldn’t care.

Sometimes

We let others see

Just a small part of

Our world,

Our mix of camps,

Mazes,

Districts,  

Fractions,

Houses,

Institutes,

Musicals,

Characters,

And much,

Much more.

But we mostly

Keep it to

Ourselves.

Maybe someday

We’ll let more people in

But for now,

It’s just the four of us,

Tucked away

In our little world.
