Its been a long time since I've updated since ive been bjsy with school and sports, but I'm trying to get back to it! If you forgot what happened before just go back and read the last chapter 😊//

"Why are you in my room?" I gave Kelli an evil glare.

"I'm hanging out with my bestie is that such a big deal." She didn't look to happy about my comment.

"Yea you should go somewhere else you're both being pretty annoying." I stared her down. "Forget it I'll be the bigger person here and leave." I stood up and walked out quickly.

As I went last Ava she started to say my name, but I was already going down the hall. The last people I want to deal with is them.

I was walking around campus just thinking to myself when I heard my phone buzz twice. I couldn't believe who the texts were from. Cooper and Kody. I hesitated to open them but I clicked Kody's first. It simply read I really miss you em. I didnt know how to react. Then I went to the text from Cooper and all it said was Emma I don't know what to say but you've never left my mind. I just want to try things again thats all I want. Can we get together and talk sometime?

I had no idea what to do. Part of me still had slight feelings for Kody and it was very stupid of me considering what he had did. Way more of me wanted to be with Cooper. I couldn't get over him, I never did.

Slowly I started to text Cooper back saying Meet me @ the dock in 20.

I looked back down and saw it had been read. Instantly I started walking toward the lake.

Hopefully I can get the boy I love back.

// very short chapter, but I needed to start updating again and ig this is a start! This book is ending soon. I'm considering making a third though since I'm finally back!
