Phoebe Everette is a small town girl from a small town in Tennessee. Her day to day life consists of hanging out with her friends and writing music (that she plans on never showing any one of course).
She lives in a humble house with her mom, stepdad, and brother- that is until her birth father decides to move her brother and her to New York, New York. Because he has an illness that causes him to come to the realization that he should get to know his children before it is too late.
She makes a hasty goodbye to her friends and is then thrust into the life of a Manhattan socialite- or at least the life of a Junior in high school who resides on Fifth Avenue.
There's a stuck up rich girl with a kind heart, a model who will do anything to get to the top, good boy who doesn't know what he wants, a bad boy with a large pocketbook, and of course the best friends back home.
