The Mission Ch.1

Hello i hope your having a great day and thanks again for taking the time to read my story. We stall start this book off with an Alec pov *magical finger snap and translation with a little sass* =￣ω￣=

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Alec's pov

"We are still trying to find more information about Valentine and where he is hiding . During the time that we are searching something may or may not happen within the time. Which means we need to be careful and don't trust anything you see, because what you may see might be something Valentine sent. Also we need to get as many vampires, warlocks and so on, on our side." I explained to the institute and looked around at all the shadow hunters.

"But that doesn't mean it's going to be easy, so if you find any information report it to me first, this meeting is dismissed" I say and walk down the steps to Izzy, Clary, and Jace.

"Alright so we should search the books and computers and we should probably talk with Magnus, Raphael and Luke." I say and look at Izzy, Clary and Jace

"I got the computer." Izzy said

" l'll check the books" Jace said

"I'll go talk to Luke" Clary said

"I'll go check Magnus and Raphael, if you find anything text or call. Be careful" I said. They all nod and watch as Izzy she walked over to one of computers. Jace walked out of the main part of the institute to his room to his room. I walk over to the weapons and grab my brow and some arrows. I turn and walk with Clary out of the institute.

"Remember be safe see, hear or get information call or text" i say and turn to start walking ti Magnus's place.

~~~~~~Time Skip~~~~~~~~~~~

I walk into Magnus's place and find him as usual with a glass of wine in hand sitting on his couch in his living room while reading a book but the way he was dressed was as if he just got finished practicing with his magic. He was wearing his grey jacket with no sleeves and black sweatpants. He looked up from the book that he was reading and over to me just as i walked up to the couch.

"Alec, i wasn't expecting you at this time. Would you like some wine? Cocktail? Champagne? A beer?" Magnus asked and stood up from the couch.

"Not this time, we still need answer and more people so i was coming here to see if you had any thing on warlocks, shadowhunters, vampire, werewolfs or anything." i asked and sat on the couch and looked up at him

" Sadly, as of right now i don't really have anything besides the information that you already have known, but i guess if you were to give me some sort of new information then i might have something." Magnus said and took a sip of his wine.

"Well then i got nothing izzy is on the computer at the institute with Jace who is searching most of the books for anything" i said and sighed "And i'm here asking you for anything but you have nothing just stuff we already heard and know, which is probably what the others are getting...stuff that we already know and heard...." i said and leaned my head back and closed my eyes.

"Are you sure you don't want something to drink you don't seem like your okay, you seem stressed..." Magnus said and i feel the space next to me on the couch as if someone sat on it "I told you if you have something you want to talk about you can talk to me, i won't force you if you don't want to talk but it's hard seeing you under this stress..." Magnus continued and all i do is nod To be honest i am pretty stressed but that something i don't want Magnus to worry about know, let alone anyone to know about now. Just as i think that i felt my phone vibrate, I lifted my head and pull my phone out from my back pocket

Texting Start~~~~~~~~~~

(Clary, Alec )

2:38- Your still at Magnus's place right?

2:39- Yeah, why did you find something?

2:41- Yeah it's pretty serious. I already texted Jace and Izzy. they and we are on our way. Just be prepared for what we tell you.

2:43- I don't know what your talking about but okay we'll see you when you get here.

Texting Over~~~~~~~~

I put my phone back into my back pocket and stood up from the couch.

"That was Clary see say that she texted izzy and jace, she also said that it was important and that we should be prepared to hear it" i said and back at Magnus "maybe i will have a drink, maybe it will calm my nerves before they get here" i said and watched as Magnus smiled back and got up to go get a wine glass.

"So Clary what is it that you found and why did you tell me that i should prepare for what i'm about to hear?" i asked and took a sip of some of the champagne that magnus got me

"Are you drinking?" jace asked

"Yeah don't worry about it it's helping me right now, now clary" i say and sit on the couch and look at Clary. Clary looked over to Luke who nodded in return

"Do you remember earlier today when we went to see Iris?" Clary asked and i nodded

"Yeah, Izzy and Jace came and got us out of there"

"Well, she said something about a shadowhunter/warlock baby," Clary continued and looked at all of us "well what if there is one already in the world and in Brooklyn, I know it doesn't sound correct but it's worth a try." I looked up at her and set the wine/champagne glass on the table

"What. How would that be possible?" i said and stood up from my seat on the chair

"Wow i can't believe it happened..." i looked at magnus a little confused

"Wow what?" i said and moved to stand in front of magnus. All he did was look up at me and put his hand on his chin like he was thinking of something and started to walk around the living room.

"In the century before this one there was a shadowhunter and warlock that fell in love and had a baby but that was against the rules back then. They ended up having the baby but the warlock put a spell on her so she wouldn't wake up until this time. But because of that in this time it's care of like she never existed like nobody even knows shes here, but if that the case then since she half warlock i could probably have us portal to where she is. " magnus said and looked at all of us.

"The problem is that she probably the second rarest thing in the world we live in and that could be a risk if we find her and another risk is that she could be evil or good, but we won't know until we see her"

I looked down at the floor "we have to do it"

"What?!" Izzy, Jace, and Clary said "what you heard magnus he or she could be evil or good"

"Yeah but at this point its the only choice we have, if shes good then this is one person we need on our side"

"Are you sure? They do have a point he or she has a chance of being good or evil" Luke said and looked at me

"This is probably the only choice we have if something were to go bad with Valentine" i said and looked at luke then to magnus "If you all don't want to go then me and magnus will go, plus if i go then i'm going to need a ways back" i say and smile and Magnus

"Fine, it settled let's go" Magnus said and turned his back to me and opened a portal. I look at the portal and grabs Magnus hand as we walk through the portal and it closes behind us. We walk through out of the portal and looks at the store in front of us

"A Book store?"

Wow that probably the most i written on the first part of a story i hope you enjoyed. I think it's so funny when i look over my writing and there's a lot of red lines under most of the names and i just can't help but laugh. I just finished this chapter and it's 4:30 in the morning...i pulled an all nighter....?... and now i'm going to bed
