Chapter One: Meeting the Phantomhive Duo

Ciel's P.O.V.

'Ugh, too much paperwork to do. Wonder if something 'interesting' will happen.' I thought to myself. Suddenly, a knock on the door pulled me out of my thoughts.

"Young master, you have a letter from the queen." Sebastian said while walking to my desk and handing me the letter. I opened it and read it carefully.

Dear Ciel,

Thank you for your help with the last case, it is such an honour to have the Phantomhives back at the crime solving business. However, that is not what I have written this for. I have a new one for you. It starts with the minimum of 26 civilians of London dying each month, and I fear something, or someone, is behind this.

I cannot allow it to continue, and I am expecting you to stop it.

They say the murders go around midnight, in an alley near old houses that has been abandoned years ago. There is also something peculiar for each of them. Each scene were spotted with a piece of rose and a (F/G) marked on their palm.

I hope for you to be successful.

Sincerely yours, Queen Victoria

'Great, more work to do.' I mentally sighed and told Sebastian about the case as he quickly turned around to prepare the carriage.

He came back in after a few minutes. "Young master, the carriage is ready."

I stood up and followed him to the front doors of the manor, then he assists me in entering the carriage.

~Timeskip~

We heard someone screaming when we passed this aged penthouse.

"Sebastian, stop the carriage." I told him from the inside, as the carriage stops. He opens the door and helps me in exiting the carriage.

We heard another screech coming from an alley near by, we walked until we got there. I grinned, we have the murderer in our hands. When it turned around I furrowed my eyebrows when it turned out to be a girl. with the familiar green eye of a certain creature...and a (W/c) of some sort. 'A reaper, eh?'

"Are you perhaps, the mysterious murderer?" I asked. The girl just smirked, that reaper's mocking me.

"You've got a problem with that?" She asked, as she holds her weapon while her free hand lands on her hip, as she leans against one leg.
