The mc inadvertently becomes addicted to alcohol after going through a bad breakup. It becomes their escape. One day, when they go way overboard with everything, they wake up in a wasteland full of other people with the same alcohol addiction as them. They meet the leader of the universe, which they call the lonely hearts club, the place where everyone who's heartbroken ends up after having a certain amount of alcohol. Eventually, the mc falls in love with the leader and purposely gets drunk to meet with them. Soon, they both form plans to meet with each other in real life somehow.
Everyone in the lonely hearts club is a real life person.
