Ichigo had awoken in the Soul Society. This was odd as he had fallen asleep in his room like he always does, so he looked around puzzled as to what was going on.
Ichigo: What... the...? I swear I was in my room back home...
He wondered out of the house passing by a mirror but it wasn't his reflection so he froze and went back to look at his reflection, but it was normal so he carried on back outside. It was silent, nothing moved and there was no sound at all.
Ichigo: What the hell is going on??
He was really confused at this point when he caught sight of a figure in the corner of his eye and he quickly turned towards it drawing his Zanpakuto.
Ichigo: Who are you?!?!
The black, smokey figure just stood there and smiled. Ichigo couldn't make it out other than it resembled a human, but it was too tall to be one as well as its clawed hands and feet, so Ichigo stepped back.
Ichigo: Or should I say. What are you?
The figure said nothing for a while until it opened its eyes, they were red and Ichigo got ready.
??: Who am I...?
The figures voice was ghastly and mostly resembled a hollow and Ichigo's eyes widened.
??: I am... YOU!!
Ichigo suddenly woke up at home in his bedroom suddenly sitting up, sweating and in shock, he held his head exhausted.
Ichigo: ...... That figure... Was... me...?
He used his substitute soul reaper pass to get out of his body and he opened his window, heading for Kisuke Urahara's shop. After a quick 10 minutes Ichigo had arrived at the shop and knocked at the door and Tesai came and opened the door.
Tesai: Ichigo. What brings you here?
Ichigo: ... I need to see Kisuke... about something that's just happened...
Tesai: I see. You will have to go to the soul society as Kisuke has had to make a trip there to sort a situation.
Ichigo: Oh... alright... Is the senkaimon ready?
Tesai: Yes, it is.
Ichigo: Thank you...
Ichigo headed down to the training grounds underneath the shop and went through the senkaimon to get to the Soul Society.
Tesai: Yes, he's on his way. He looked very shaken.
Kisuke: Alright. Thank you for telling me.
Kisuke hung up and looked at his soul pager concerned.
Kisuke: ... Whatever's happening. It isn't good.
Ichigo had arrived in the Soul Society, in the Seireitei and looked around when Kisuke arrived.
Kisuke: I had a call from Tesai.
Ichigo: ... Good...
Kisuke: He really does look all shaken up... What's the problem?
Ichigo: ... I had a strange dream that... Wasn't normal...
Kisuke: What happened?
Ichigo: ... I woke up here in the Soul Society. It was odd as I had gone to sleep in my room. So, I got up and went outside. Something looked off in the mirror... But when I looked back it was just me, so I went outside thinking it was nothing, but when I got outside it was just silent, no noise at all... That's when I saw a black figure...
Kisuke's eyes narrowed and he looked right at Ichigo.
Kisuke: what did it look like and do?
Ichigo: I asked it who and what it was. There was no answer but it smiled and I asked it again... That's when it opened its eyes... they were red... It resembled a human but had features of a hollow... Then... It said who am I? Followed by... I am you...
Ichigo gripped his clothes and Kisuke looked at him concerned.
Kisuke: I will have a look into it. You have my word
Ichigo: Thank you...
Ichigo looked around then remembered Tesai said that Kisuke had come to the Soul Society to sort a situation out.
Ichigo: Kisuke what was the situation you had to help sort out? It isn't every day that you're called here
Kisuke: Oh, about that I was going to come back so I could bring you here because I think you can help the most
Ichigo: What do you mean?
Kisuke: Come with me to Squad 4
Kisuke and Ichigo headed for Squad 4.
