It had been a week since his mother's passing; 2 days since the comeback started; 6 hours since Suga left his room. He felt alone and unwanted even though his phone would keep buzzing from the members and other friends from other groups. He missed his mother terribly and it didn't help that the members wouldn't let him join the comeback until after the funeral. He ached for normality. He yearned for a day without the shedding of tears. His brown hair matted from the lack of hygiene and the smell emanating from his room made him sick. He wanted to take a shower, but he couldn't get himself to move. His stomach growled, but the mere thought of food made his stomach churn. Being Alone was the worst thing they could do to him. Alone with his thoughts. Alone to comprehend what had happened And his last moments with his mother.

-Flashback-
"Hoseok, sweetheart..." Mrs. Jung called softly the moment the doctor exited the room. The boy wiped his eyes and went to her, afraid of what she had to say.

"Hi mamma, how are you feeling?" He muttered softly as not to disturb the peace in the room. Her smile could make the sun jealous. He now understood where he got his smile and sense of happiness from. But how could she be full of hope when his had run out by two little words?

"You said the right things to the doctor. You make me so proud. You are one of the best son's any mother could ask for..."

"Shhh, mother. No need to say those things. You're going to be okay. You have yet to come to Japan!" He smiled, letting his tears fall. "I can't lose you mother. At least not yet."

"It doesn't look like you have a choice, my love. It's time to say goodbye for now. I'll always be by your side. Make sure to take care of your noona. Don't give her such a hard time and please take care of your members, dear. They're all worried about you." His mother's hand caressed his cheek slightly as she wiped his tears, only making more fall as he realized this would be the last time ever that he would feel his mother's warm touch. Her smile slowly dimmed as she slowly began to leave her son alone.

"Such a brave boy. I am so proud to call you my son..." as the words left her lips, her heart stopped only moments later. The monitor flatlined and he began to panic.

"Mother? Please come back! I didn't get to tell you how much I love you. Please mother! Please come back. I can't handle the world without you. What about Japan?" He pleaded as the slow stream of tears turned into rivers flowing down his cheeks. The nurse came in and tried her best to bring his mother back, but to no avail. She was gone.

The door opens quickly, revealing a panicked and out of breath Suga. The one person he wanted to see in that very moment had come to the hospital despite rehearsals for the comback in a couple days. He was probably a sight for sore eyes. Tears running down his face, makeup smeared and blotched, towering over his cold, lifeless mother. The moment he saw the elder his tears heavied and his emotions hit him like a truck and he began screaming for his mom to come back to him. Suga immediately pulled him towards his chest and held him tightly, letting the broken figure cry. "She's gone Yoongi..." he screams, grabbing the red head's sweater in his fists and pulling on it. "...She's gone forever."
-End of Flashback-

The tears came back and he cursed himself for being such a sap. He just wanted some normality and something to take his mind off things and the only thing that could do that for him was currently on a talk show promoting their comeback. He let his deadbeat body soak further into the bed as he fell into a deep slumber, ignoring the television and a certain red head on it.
