Chapter 6

Recap

Jason : " it's going great . A little stressful cause of football but besides that it's great. Also I know you hate me and stuff but I just wanted to say I'm sorry for everything I've done in high school. I was just confused on things.

I say there shocked and try to figure out how to respond to that .

Me:" Wow um wow I don't know what to say. I don't hate you . If I hated you I wouldn't be here . But I understand I forgave you a long time ago. After we stopped talking yeah it was hard but I got use to it and now here I am. "

Jason :" yeah I know that I just wish I made a different choice . So everything could've been different. Maybe even be in each other's lives.."

Me:" yeah I understand I get it a hundred percent . But hey we are here now talking catching up ."

Jason:" I'm really happy that I got hurt if I didn't I wouldn't have found you again ."

We get interrupted by someone calling Jason's name.  A man with a New York jersey walks up to Jason and asked for a picture . While I took the pic I seen more people walking up.

Jason : "Nicohl lets go outside before we get mobbed. "

Me: ok

While we were walking to our cars more people kept asking Jason for pictures.

When we reached our car Jason stops me.

Jason:" Nicohl I'm sorry I didn't expect this to happen . I thought no one knew me here. I'm really sorry I really wanted to catch up."

Me:" it's ok really I understand. Also it's getting kind of late and u need to rest."

Jason :" ok but promise to text me when u get home ."

Me:" I promise I will"

With that said I get in my car while he helps me then I start to head home. When I get home I see my fiancé Dylan sitting watching tv and I see Yasmine walking out of the kitchen about to head upstairs.

Me :" Hey guys "

Yasmine :" Hey "

Dylan :" Hey where were you. I thought you were home making dinner for us.i was waiting for you to cook."

Yasmine :" shut up Dylan she ain't your maid you can cook ."

Me:" enough guys and I was visiting an old friend today just catching up."

Dylan :" oh really an old friend from where because I thought you didn't know anyone here."

Yasmine :" she don't got to answer to you"

Me:"just a friend , what are you watching "

Dylan :"Tmz sports "

Reporter :" So seen today at a Starbucks in Texas was Jason Velazquez . Remind you this has been the first sighting of Mr . Velazquez since his injury . But he was not alone he was with a girl I know what you guys are thinking oh it was his girlfriend but no sources say he was with another girl. They looked pretty cozy. Paparazzi had taken photos of the two inside.

The two look very comfortable with each other. Also she was seen with him while he was taking pics with fans. Like sources says she was seen taking pics for fans.

Now for everyone who thinks it's fake well you see him here with crutches. Also sources say after he was injured he has crutches to help recover. But who could this girl be. More news on it later in the sh....
The tv gets turned off I turn and see Dylan standing up looking mad.

Dylan : " Why are you on tv. No bigger question is why are you with him! Was he the old friend you were talking about. Why were you guys so close."

Me: " yes he's an old friend from high school. We weren't close . Plus idk why I'm on tv he's a football player maybe that's y i don't know he didn't know he was gonna be on tv. "

Dylan:" well I don't want you with him ever . You can't text him or hang out with him ."

Me:" Are you for real right . If your getting mad about this then what's next. I can't do this. I've been dealing with this disrespect for a while now I can't do this I'm sorry. It's over . Here's the ring . "

Dylan:" your gonna give up us because of him . That's ridiculous."

Me:" no it isn't because of him it never was . It's you , you never let me hang with no one I barely have friends here since I met you. You can't even get along with my best friends . Also you want me to stay at home and do everything for you and wait for you to come home like a house wife. It's not him never say it's him . This was just the final strike I'm done pack your bags and leave. "

Dylan:" Fine I can get anybody I want . I don't need you anyway ."

Me: "wow "

Yasmine :" wow is right tell me how halfway through this argument I had to go get popcorn cause this was like a soap opera . But I think you did the right thing I'm proud. You don't need him. "

Me:" yeah I know I just didn't want it to ends like this."
