Walking into the ER our pagers ring that an aumbulance it's on it's way and to be ready for it.
I say:''Nicohl i'll take the patient for vitals, i'll keep you updated and page you if i need you.''
The aumbulance get's here, staff running around everywhere getting stuff ready and nicohl running around confused on what's happening. One of theparamedics comes in with the patient.
I say:''What's the patient's name and fill me in on what happened."
Paramedic says:''We have Jason Velazquez, age:23 and he got tackled on the field while playing, the patient says he has pain on his left wrist and right ankle.''
I say:''Ok thank you, i'll take it from here.''
Paramedic escorts patient into vitals room
I walk into the vitals room while reading what I wrote down on my chart.
I say:''Hi i'm DR.Gomez i'll be your doctor for the rest of your stay here.
Well Mr.Velazquez care to tell me what hurts how did this injury happen?''
Mr.Velazquez says:''Wait, don't I know you from somewhere?''
I say:''Maybe but i'm not sure.''
(Yasmine looks up from chart and looks at patient)
I say:''JASON?''
Mr.Velazquez says:''YASMINE?.''
