I woke up and look at the time on my phone and it said 7:30 am. I tried to go back to sleep. But noticed I couldn't do I got up . Took a shower and got ready . I decided to download Snapchat again. During these 8 years I haven't been on Snapchat but today I decided let's see what everyone's has been up to. So I down load and log in and look at some snaps then I decided to post a snap of my outfit .

Then I decided to go downstairs and cook some breakfast. While I was cooking I heard my phone go off. It was a notification from snap . I look at who snap me and I had to double check who snap cause I couldn't believe my eyes . It said Jason and I forgot after all these years I never took him off of snap. It was a pic

Then it was a chat that's said you look beautiful. I don't even have to check my face to know I'm blushing. I texted him thank you and why was he up so early. He texted back within minutes saying he woke up early and couldn't sleep . I decided to text back same . He texted back saying Can't wait for today . While I went to respond Yasmine came down the stairs and into the kitchen .
Yasmine :" Why are you blushing so hard you look like a tomato. Oh wait nvm I know Jason texted right ."
Me : " Yasmine be quiet Dylan might hear and yes it was . "
Yasmine :" So let him hear it's not like you doing anything wrong it's a old friend from school duh who has a girlfriend. If he gets jealous then he insecure . He should be cause Jason is fine he should've been a Calvin Klein model.
Me:" don't you think I know that. But anyway wanna watch some movies like we use to before you go to work. "
Yasmine :" yeah sure finally some girl time . "
While we were watching movies Dylan comes down and just sat on his phone.
Yasmine :" oh look who's up . Had a nice sleep in the guest bedroom . "
Dylan : " yeah it was a nice sleep for your information. But I missed my cuddle buddy . "
Yasmine : " Ew anyway don't you have to go to work."

While Dylan leaves. It's about 2:30 and I ask Yasmine to help me get ready before she leaves to work .
Yasmine : " Well I think you should wear this ."
Yasmine pulls out a white tank top , blue skinny jeans , heels , and my navy green jacket.
Me:" omg Yasmine your a life saver . Thank you Bestfriend."
Yasmine :" Welcome now go get ready . So I can do your hair and makeup ."
I look at myself in the mirror to see my outfit and it was cute and casual. I walk out to see Yasmine waiting to do my hair. While Yasmine is curling my hair I ask her why am I so nervous .
Yasmine :" it's because you haven't seen him in 8 years and it took him a lot of courage now to even talk to you. Because you both know you guys didn't talk in person that much. You have every right to be nervous."
Me: "yeah but why me why now it's like everytime I try to be happy something comes up. "
Yasmine : " Nicohl are you really happy. Because you been engaged for a year and no planning for a wedding has been done and don't say cause you guys are both busy because you guys have the same schedule. There's something else behind it . "
Me:" I am happy ."
Yasmine : " oh really cause I see you and you seem closed in not the old Nicohl I know when we were in high school. Less than 24 hours Jason comes on your moods change your care free your smiling more. "
Me:" Yasmine stop nothing is gonna happen with Jason and I. I know you been defending him since day one but now it's different. "
Yasmine :" whatever you say but for now you gotta leave it's 4 and I gotta go to work but you better tell me everything that happens when I'm back . Also put this hat I got you . Love you Bestfriend have fun ."
I leave the house and get in my Mercedes wagon and start heading to the Starbucks. I get there and I text Jason I'm here and he says he's inside waiting. I head in and I see him sitting at a table I go to him and say hey he looks up and stands up to give me a hug and says hey.

Jason : " You look great "
Me :" thanks you do too I see you cut your hair ."
Jason:" yeah it feels good to have the old hair style back. But anyway I see your a nurse . How was school?"
Me:" it was great stressful but great.Hows senior year in college"
Jason : " it's going great . A little stressful cause of football but besides that it's great. Also I know you hate me and stuff but I just wanted to say I'm sorry for everything I've done in high school. I was just confused on things.
