When we arrived at the hospital I went in and grabbed a wheelchair for Christine so I could roll her inside easily. I stayed with her throughout the whole process while Sam and Dean stayed outside. They aren't very fond of hospitals.

After three agonizingly long hours Christine had a huge cast on her leg along with a nice shiny new pair of crutches. I turned her release papers in to the nurses station and slowly walked with her through the hospital.

"You sure you don't want me to get a wheelchair?" I asked after she stopped to catch her breath.

"This is the only way I'm going to get used to these damned crutches." Christine replied.

"That's true. Can I sign your cast first?" I asked, grinning.

Christine laughed. "Sure, whatever floats your boat."

We stayed in a comfortable silence the rest of the walk to the car. Everything felt a little bit better with Christine around. I finally have someone to talk to that's not a guy. But pretty soon we'll probably leave here and I'll be practically alone again.

Christine and I made it to the Impala in good spirits despite everything. Of course like always, it didn't last very long. We were in ear shot but neither of the boys had noticed us yet.

"I feel bad for the chick, but at least I don't have competition anymore." I heard Dean say.

My head snapped towards Christine, hoping she hadn't heard. She was standing stiff as a board, a look of shock plastered on her face. She'd definitely heard.

"You fucking dick!" Christine yelled before hobbling away as fast as she could.

"Sam could you?" I asked, gesturing to the direction Christine went. There was no way I could help her if she falls on the ice that covered the parking lot in patches.

Sam got out of the Impala quickly and jogged after Christine, who moved quickly for someone on crutches.

I turned to face Dean through the Impala windshield.

Dean's P.O.V

Leah shook her head at me with anger filled eyes. "This is low, Dean. Even for you." She spat before walking away from me too.

Good job, Dean. You managed to mess everything up, again.

I leaned back in the seat and ran a hand over my face as I debated running after her. I didn't have a chance to as someone cleared their throat right beside me. I quickly uncovered my eyes to see Crowley sitting in the seat beside me.

"I'll never leave you, Squirrel." Crowley said with a smirk.

I nearly jumped out of my skin. You'd think I'd be used to this shit by now.

"This day just keeps getting better and better." I replied as I glared at Leah's father.

"Don't fret, Dean. I'm here to save the day." Crowley said in a serious tone.

"Isn't ruining everything more your style?" I asked.

"Seems to be yours now, too."

I glared at him again. But he did have a point. "Are you sure you're not here to rub salt in the wound?"

"As much as I can't stand your presence my daughter seems to enjoy it. Like any father I want her to be happy." Crowley stated.

"Yeah, right, happy."

"So I'm going to give you some advice. Don't worry, I'm just as shocked as you are."

"I don't need your advice." I argued.

"Are you sure about that? Are you sure you and Leah aren't having problems?" Crowley asked.

"How the hell do you know that?"

"Because I just do." Crowley said, avoiding the question. "Now then, go after her, you oaf."

"That's your advice? Really? Something that I was already planning to do. You're real great at this."

"Were you really, Dean? Seems to me you had plenty of time to get out of the car before I popped up."

I stared back at him, unable to think of a retort.

"The longer you argue with me the slimmer your chances get. You need to apologize to her. For everything. Not just your diarrhea of the mouth."

"If it's that easy, what the hell am I supposed to say?"

"Tell her you're an idiot. I know I love to hear you say it. Have you never apologized before?!"

"It doesn't happen that often!" I yelled at Crowley.

"Obviously. Now stop arguing with me and make my daughter happy again. She has something important she has to tell you anyway." Crowley said before he disappeared. Leaving me angry at an empty passenger seat.

After muttering a long stream of curse words I got out of my car and took off in the direction Leah did.

I found her on a frozen bench in a memorial garden not far from the hospital. She had her knees pulled up to her chest, her head was resting on her arms. Leah looked up when she heard me coming.

"Here to make more tasteless jokes?" Leah asked as she wiped tears from her face.

"No. I'm here to tell you that I'm an idiot and I'm sorry." I replied with what Crowley said. "I've never felt like such an ass. But this is what I do, Leah. I guess it's good that it happened now before... things got more serious between us."

Leah stood up, looking furious. "Are you seriously dumping me right now?" She asked.

"Maybe it's for the best." I told her, hardly believing the words coming out of my mouth.

"So you're just gonna split? You're just gonna leave us?" Leah asked as fresh tears spilled onto her cheeks. I wanted to grab onto her and hold her, but I can't.

"You deserve so much better. I don't even come close to being good enough." I was close to tears myself, the last words she said echoing in my head. Wait a second. "Did you say us? Who's us?"

"I'm pregnant, Dean. I had the hospital do a test while I waited on Christine. Congratufuckinglations."

My heart stopped for a moment while my eyes and mouth widened. This changes everything.
