Chapter 26: Love

I seriously love this song...

3rd Person POV

Y/n woke up to darkness, still not having her eyesight back. No one knows about her loss of sight except for Chara and Flowey.

She started listening to the conversations around her. She heard Undyne and Papyrus, then Sans gasping for air. She started to freak out and tried to speak. It came out in a whisper.

"Ughhhhhh. Sannnns."

She heard several gasps. Everyone must be here huh.

Footsteps came closer to her, and then she heard Sans gasp again.

"Can't *gasp* Breathe."

She then heard a thump from the floor.

Y/n POV

Once I heard what Sans said, and the thump, I started panicking.

"Undyne what did you do?"

I heard her squirm around. "What do you think I did? It's pretty oblivious! Use your eyes!"

Oh I wish I can, but I can't because I'm blind. Why? I don't know.

I growled when a door slammed open, and I heard Chara and Frisk run in and scream my name.

"Y/N!"

I could just imagine their faces being in fear with tears in their eyes while looking around, then the face look of relieve that I'm awake.

"Hey don't worry about me you two! Worry about Sans!" I pointed my arm to where I heard the thump.

I heard two gasps. "Undyne what did you do?"

Frisk's POV

When Chara and I ran through the door and saw Y/n awake, we were both relieved. But something seems off about her. I don't know what though. It might be because she never turned her head, and kept it in the same position, that was straight, into the plain wall.

When Y/n told us she was fine, I felt even more relieved. Until I heard what she said next.

"Hey don't worry about me you two! Worry about Sans!"

She pointed her arm to a lump on the floor, but being only a few feet off.

I looked to where she was pointing and saw Sans, on the floor, barley breathing. His neck had a few cracks in it, like someone had him in a head lock. Only one person can do that...

"Undyne what did you do?" I asked.

Chara was frozen, until I spoke.

Undyne puffs her chest out like she did a good deed, instead of almost killed someone.

"Well, I gave Sans his punishment for hurting the innocent human next to you."

I heard Y/n gasp, and as if Flowey, Y/n, Chara and I blew a switch, we all yelled at Undyne the exact same words.

"YOU IDIOT!"

Undyne portrayed a look of shock.

Flowey spoke up next. "Don't assume things that you don't know."

"Yeah. Cause you may have just killed an innocent person." I said.

"Wha-"

Chara and I rushed to Sans' side.

It was Chara's turn to speak up. "What you saw when you and Papyrus went in between our fight was normal on a genocide run. My name is Chara, a demon that used to want to erase the world. Sans was just trying to stop me."

We both picked up Sans, as more people gasped. We put him next to Y/n on the hospital bed, and Chara lifted Y/n's hands to touch Sans' neck. She started using healing magic on him.

Wonder why Chara put her hands on Sans' neck instead of her doing it herself?

Undyne walked off, a face of embarrassment and guilt on her face.

"WAIT... SO YOU USED TO WANT TO ERASE THIS WORLD, BUT NOW YOU DON'T? HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN?" Papyrus asked.

Everyone else nodded their heads, like bobble heads. I let Chara speak up.

"Well, I used to have no emotion, and so I tried killing to get any emotion out of my heart. But with Y/n and Frisk's help, I've found my heart again, and I'm greatly sorry."

"It's alright my child. Apology accepted." Mom said.

Y/n finished up her healing and passed out. Both Sans and Y/n were sound asleep, cuddling each other. All of us awed.

"Now we should leave. Let's give them rest." I said.

I grabbed Flowey's pot, we all walked out, and turned off the light.

Chara's POV

Once Asgore closed the door, I remembered about Y/n's eyes. I looked at Flowey, and we both nodded.

"Hey everyone?" I asked.

They all turned to me. "Yes?"

"Y/n has lost her eyesight."

I got bombarded with questions.

"REALLY?"

"How?"

"When?"

"Why?"

Flowey cut everybody off.

"Yeah. We don't know why or how, but Alphys, can you maybe help her gain her eyesight back?"

"Y-yes. I h-have a m-machine that d-does it. It helped w-when I lost m-my e-eyesight when I-I was a c-child."

I smiled. "Thanks. She'll appreciate that."

"Okay. See you guys soon."

And with that she walked back into the room that Sans and Y/n were sleeping in.

"So will she be okay?" Asgore asked.

I smiled again that night. "Yes. Yes she will."

Crappiness. I know. I probably need to go back through all of these chapters and edit them, making them pretty and sound better.
