Epilogue

Author's POV

You looked out of the window into the town. You and Sans were able to fix the town so no one was in poverty and could get the top notch medicine. Your hand was on a small lump on your stomach.

The door opened, and your husband, Sans, and Lucida, your three year old child, walked in. Lucida was on Sans' shoulders giggling. Sans walked over to you and set Lucida down.

Lucida had pale skin, one skeleton eye, and one e/c. One hand was skeletal, and when she smiled, you could see Sans' smile on her. Her hair was h/c with strips of white hair throughout it. She wore a light blue dress, going down to her knees. She looked out the window.

"Oooh pretty!"

You smiled. "yes Lucida. Very pretty."

Sans snaked his hands around your waist and started rubbing along your stomach where the child was.

"So what do you think the gender of our second one will be?" He asked.

"Hmm. I don't know, I just know that everyone will love them just the way they are. Skeleton or human."

"Or hybrwid!" Lucinda cheered.

Both you and Sans chuckled. "Or Hybrid."

Both of you sighed and looked out into the town, watching everyone play together like a family.

Once you and Sans got married, everyone started to treat monsters as an equal. The girls who had a crush on Will Shooter have moved on and married boys their age. Undyne and Alphys married around three months ago, Toriel and Asgore are together, and Papyrus has found a human girlfriend. Frisk has grown up, and is traveling the world with Mettaton. Frisk is more of adventuring, while Mettaton is preforming. They visit, but rarely.

You and Sans walked down with Lucida, going outside to the town. Everyone bowed slightly, but went off back to playing. Lucida started playing with groups of children her age when a monster bunny walked over and kissed her on the cheek.

You and Sans chuckled.

"Looks like our child has quite the admirers." You said.

"Reminds me of someone else I know."

You laughed, and walked into the woods where your old hideout was as Will Shooter.

Y/n POV

I haven't been here in years.

I walked up to the large tree, and had my hand rub against it.

"Brings old memories right?"

I turned to look at Sans. "Yup."

We walked over to the water, and took our shoes off then waded in the river.

"I wonder what would've happened if you didn't run away."

"Then I would be married to someone else and I wouldn't have met you." I simply replied.

We got out of the water and put our shoes back on, walking back to the village.

"Lucida! Come on kiddo!" Sans said.

She ran towards us, mud on her dress. We both laughed and walked back to the castle, where dinner was waiting for us.

Everyone's on the surface. Frisk brought back Asriel. Everything was grand, except their monster family started ignoring them. At the beggining they just thought it off, until their birthday when everyone gave Asriel presents instead of them. Asriel kept on bulling them, so they did what they first thought of... they ran away. They took their favorite book, Undercast, an adventourus book by Lilac Sky, the best author of 201X.

They ran until they reached a park and met a nice person named Y/n. What happens when the only birthday present they get that one year is one they've been wishing their whole life, and it was granted by a stranger.
