So realizing that
I try to

I try
Some are beyond help
And I have finally come to realize that
Those who can be helped may be on the verge of becoming beyond
Having to dig through the mire
I have come to realize that I will help
When I can and choose
I will stay the course depending on the cost to me
I will also run
Because no good deed goes unpunished
