PURITY RING

Things were getting heated pretty quickly. Dean had his lips attached to your neck and his hands were sliding up under your shirt. He was just about to slide one hand under the waistband of your jeans, but you stopped him. "Dean..." you murmured
He quickly looked up. "You okay? Are we going too fast?"
You bit your lip softly and nodded your head, holding up your hand to show the ring around your finger. His eyebrows furrowed, but he soon realized what it was and pulled back. "I'm so sorry babe, I didn't know..."
You shook your head. "It's okay," you smiled gently, and pushed some hair out of his eyes. "It doesn't mean we can't make out though..." you smirked and bit your lip. Dean chuckled and soon, his lips were back on yours.

"So you're waiting until you're married to do anything?" you asked him softly, holding up his hand and taking in the little black ring.
"Yup," he nodded slightly, giving you an awkward smile.
"Cool," you answered casually, nodding your head and smiling softly.
"You don't think that's weird?" he asked you softly, raising an eyebrow.
"No?" you furrowed your eyebrows. "Why would it be weird? It's a choice you made and I'll support it one hundred percent. I don't mind waiting," you smiled softly. "Of course, it might not be me but..." you quickly added.
Sam chuckled softly and took your hands. "I want it to be you too."
You smiled widely and leaned over to give him a peck. "We'll have to see what happens, but I have a lot of faith that you and I are not just a short term thing... I just know it."

Holding his hand tightly, you sat with your friends and were engaged in a casual conversation. "So... (Y/N)," one of your friends spoke up. "You and Castiel are like... abstinent?" They chuckled
But you kept a straight face. "Yes we are. You act like that's a problem?" you replied, looking over at them softly. You didn't see a need for them to try and get into yours and Castiel's personal business.
"Sorry," They shrugged. "Didn't know it would be such a touchy subject. I just figured with the ring on your finger and..."
"And you assumed," you cut them off. "Well it's none of your business so, just leave it at yes, we are waiting and that's as far as I'm going into that." Castiel chuckled next to you and you glanced over at him.
"Okay, okay," your friend chuckled. "Sorry."

"A purity ring?" Gabriel realised as he watched you roll your eyes but nodded your head, "A fucking purity ring?"
"If you don't like it, we can end the relationship here." You said, deadpan, you were in no mood for any bullshit from him.
"No! I always thought that I was really not, you know..." He trails off, looking up to think of wha he was trying to convey, "I mean, I'm not against you for having a purity ring, it's just that I always thought that.."
"I wasn't attracted enough to you when you try to..." You interrupted as Gabriel nodded, you smile and you hugged him tightly, "Never, Gabe, I'm attracted to you but I want to wait till marriage, I know you should understand that."
"Yeah, I know, and I'm willing to wait."

"Before you are certain that we are going to be boyfriend and girlfriend, I want to clear something up." You started as Balthazar looked down at you concern before putting your hand up to show a ring.
He sighed in relief, "Oh it's just a purity ring, I thought you were breaking up wth me before we even started to date."
You looked at him in disbelief before smiling, chuckling to yourself, "So you're not reconsidering your decision on dating me?"
"Oh darling, my father was the one who enforced no sex before marriage, I'm okay to wait." Balthazar reassured as he placed a kiss on your forehead, "It's not going to change what's between us."

"I just wanted to make a promise to myself that I could keep, you know?" You explained softly after he had asked about the ring on your finger.
Lucifer nodded his head smiling, impressed that you did that. He didn't questions whether it was due to the bible saying that and it was his father's words or you choose that path of life, either way he was just stunned but a good stun.
"I hope that doesn't like... make you wanna leave or anything? Because my last boyfriend wasn't willing to wait and I just couldn't be with someone who wouldn't respect my wishes," You continued, sighing.
Lucifer quickly nodded his head. "Babe, of course I'll wait. Of course," he rushed out, not wanting you to think for a moment that he didn't respect you. "I'm not your ex. I will gladly wait for you love. It'll also be amazing that we can have a relationship that doesn't revolve around just sex. I'll love you for every aspect. Physical, mental, and eventually sexual. And I'm so excited to do this with you."

He looked at the little silver band you wore around your finger. You bit your lip softly and looked down. "You always wear it but I haven't quite figured out what it's for," he said softly, glancing up at you.
You chuckled softly and shrugged your shoulders. "It's a purity ring," you said casually, not thinking it was that big of a deal.
"Really?" he asked softly, draping his arm over your shoulder. "That's cool. You're waiting until marriage?" he continued.
"That's the idea," you chuckled softly, biting your lip softly as he continued turning the ring around your finger.
"Cool. Maybe I'll be the one?" He smiled softly, resting his cheek on your shoulder.
"Maybe you will be," You giggled as you wrapped your arms around his neck, looking deep into his eyes as he smiles bigger.
"We'll just have to wait and see." Crowley nodded softly. "I don't mind waiting. Not at all."
