I have a thought. Call it a conspiracy theory or whatever. But here it goes. The sky is a blanket. You know the way we cover ourselves with a blanket to hide away from 'monsters' the sky protects us from seeing what is above. The secrets told above is not for mere mortals like us to behold.
And I think that's the scary bit. The sky adores us as it knows we cannot handle the truth. It's a blanket that covers our eyes to beheld the viscous battle that lies above.
And I think we can call it love, a love that protects or we can sit in utter awe & curiosity. What lies above? And if something lies above. Something we cannot know of until death seeps through our skin. Then what about below? What secrets are hidden below?
