"Grrrrr..." Mae grumbled as she stomped away, nearly splashing in every puddle that was on her path home. It had rain the most in that month then it had in years. Mae was furious, she saw her boyfriend kissing another girl. Not that she mind, hell no, she predicted that would happen. What pissed her of was whom he was kissing.

Mae approached a bus stop, covered by glass. She stepped under it, her clothing drenched in rain, but not only rain but also tears. Tears of betrayal, hatred, and anger. "Sometimes it's not even worth the trouble of meeting people..." Mae mumbled under her breath, as she fixed her shirt that was clinging to her skin.

Mae sighed and rested her head in her hand. "Oh well, I might as well go home, and do what ever girl's who have their heart broken do..." Mae stood up, and walked home. It was raining, but Mae had no reason to care. She enjoyed the rain as her company, it always reminded her of people, falling from the sky. "Then going splat..." she murmured.

As Mae quietly approached her house she saw her cat in the window. She opened the door and went inside. "Just another normal day in my predetermined, boring, life" Mae said as she stretched. Mae pet her cat, quietly, while they both sat on the couch together. "Cute little Lizbeth"
