Mae sat on a train that was heading to the city, far away from the seclusion of her humble, modest, town. She sat there with her legs crossed as she read a book, End of Watch, for the third time. But of course constantly forgetting the ending of it. Chris laid her headon her best friend's shoulder, of course Mae never considered Chris her best friend, hell she barely tolerates the pest. "Must you bother my readings?" Mae asked, clearly annoyed at the dark brunette. "Must you speak in such a way that seems as if you're from the Mideveal ages?" Chris responded with a devious smirk.
Mae scoffed, and went back to reading, not bothering to continue such a frivolous conversation. Chris poked Mae's cheek, Mae hissed a bit, Chris continued to poke her until Mae responded. "Get your filly hands off of me before I break your finger, peasant." "I wouldn't even consider that passive aggressive." Chris laughed.
Mae stood up, grabbed her bag, and walked down the stairs from the shuttle. "W-wait, A-hole!" Chris shouted to her friend, while quickly grabbing her bag, and running after her. "Language, we're in public, you should be ashamed of yourself enough as it is, don't take advantage of situation just so you can make yourself more of a disgrace to your parents." Mae said while reading her book. "See that, that, that's passive aggressive." Chris stuck her tongue out, while staring at the sky. "I am simpling stating the facts from previous observations, kuso yarou" Mae closed her book and put it in her bag. Chris rolled her eyes, and responded.
